Paw Patrol - 'the one with the scary eyes'

Can anyone help - DS is asking over and over to see the episode of Paw Patrol 'with the scary eyes', and Google is not helping. According to DS, the scary eyes are by a pond when everyone is sleeping, and there is a whistling sound, if that helps at all (although he could well be getting episodes mixed up). Anyone have any ideas??

We watch on Netflix so I think it's only seasons 1, 5 or 6

Is it one of the episodes with the Mer-pups?
