Is anyone going to be watching? I absolutely love it despite only ever having one go at throwing a pot at school, forgetting to take my foot off the pedal and watching as the clay shot off the wheel into the adjoining open-plan science area. Looking forward to the new host too as I felt the last one made it a bit like a vehicle for her stand-up comedy routine.

Oh dear, Miles’s isn’t very impressive. Even the other broken ones look nicer than that. 😕

Oh poor Lucinda

Lucinda’s looked amazing, what a shame about the lugs.

Braided wicker would have been better for her handle. She thought the wood had a tiny bit of give in it, what a shame,

I wonder if soaking the heather would have given Lucinda's enough flex to not stress the lugs. Such a shame it is a beautiful pot.

Don’t think she’ll be going home, with that decoration. Wrapped handle was fab rescue.

I love the colours of Lucinda's and the style, not sure about some of the others.

Tom’s growing on me. I don’t think his slightly sharp humour was edited well in the first weeks, but it’s coming through now.

Really like Tom, yes it's a gentle and kind show.

I mean, Christine’s was brilliantly executed to show the flowers making it through the firing but it didn’t have the visual impact imo.

Ah they seemed genuinely fond of Miles.

I'm not a fan of the matt black bits so that was a negative point of Toms for me.

My favourite was AJ’s but I can see why they said the decoration wasn’t Raku-y. Maybe I’m just not a fan of raku! I have a clay horse decoration that I think might be done in a kiln like that - the crackling makes it look like it was dropped and cracked all over, like when you mistreat an enamel mug at Guide Camp.
