MAFS UK just started on E4 tonight.

I've gone back to films and documentaries which I usually watch but might give MAFS a try, or an earlier series of LI.

I’ve just started love island USA seems okay, also got MAFS UK on record.

I was just coming on to see if there were any LI USA threads. Agree it is so much better.

Only on episode 2 but they are all so much more articulate and much less obviously in it purely for the Gram. The prize money is $100k so maybe they're all playing the long game better.

It helps that they're a bit older I think. Oh, but what's best is that the bikinis all have proper bottoms and I am yet to see anyone with a face full of filler!

The girls are totally different to the UK girls in regards to make up and fillers! When they dress up for the night the UK girls are full on glam and the USA girls are much more relaxed - hair scraped back in scrunchies while wearing an "out out" dress.

@LuckyAmy1986 I think they are slightly different episodes, a bit like Unseen Bits, but they are available on my ITV Player app. How are you trying to access it? Ep 6 is all about Isiah's arrival and it's quite interesting as it feels quite 'real' IYSWIM? They do keep censoring things they're taking about though which is a bit irritating. I can't figure out if it's because the conversation has turned more about their personal lives or something else.

@StrangeAddiction the girls are so refreshing after the UK one aren't they? So much more mature and classy but still interesting. LI is such a sad indictment on UK pop culture.

Love island USA. Have binged it and am on episode 31. The girls are all lovely. So much nicer than the girls in the uk version. Cash is defimy favourite so far. They all seem more mature and more respectful too.

It’s like that all the way through but even though it looks like they’re missing it is actually the next episode if that makes sense. I’m on episode 31 and it looked like loads were missing.

Yes the missing ones are extra shows, more like an hour of live feed than a produced show for the main channel. It doesn't matter if you don't watch them.

Agree with everything you say about the girls @Cheeseplantboots although I'm on something like episode 15 (off sick!) and do wish there was a bit more drama..!

On a separate note, I have absolutely no desire to go to Hawaii water this. It's either cloudy or pissing it down almost the whole time!

Glow Up Ireland (with Maura Higgins as presenter!). I’ve MAFS UK recorded though. I lost my summer 2020 to MAFS Australia (on Channel 4 catch-up) though, so I wonder if I’m a bit crazy to record it. Though it can’t be the great waste of my time that LI was this year. Ended up recording it and speeding through most of it, spending my time reading the threads here instead. Much more entertaining!

I saw a clip of SAS Celebrity Who Dares Wins & have watched most of the first episode. Pretty good.

The handsmaids tale is a much watch, ok yes it is very different to Love Island but i'm a fan of both and have binge watched it in a few weeks.

If you;re wanting reality tv go and watch geordie shore from the beginning it never dissapoints. They just don't make reality tv like they used too lol, I also like ex on the beach :)

Another good reality TV show is the real house wives. My favourites are real house wives of chesire, jersey and beverley hills
