Maybe Liberty is the one playing the biggest game here, a staged split then emotional reunion right before the finale?!

Very disappointed in Jake’s lack of reassurance and love when she said she was unhappy. I honestly think he’s an emotionally unintelligent prat that doesn’t know how to talk about feelings other than the blokey banter he gets at work etc. I don’t think his banter about being messy is a red flag, if you’re someone that gives back that sort of banter it’s fine. If you’re someone that’s sensitive like Liberty though then that’s not a good match as she’s recognised. Don’t know what Jake’s relationship history is like, but Toby has grown and his emotional intelligence far exceeds anything Jake has had in the past!

Hoping that they come back from their date and Liberty is leaving, but suspect she’ll have been talked back into the relationship.

Still not sure why Teddy and Faye had to stand in a pond for ages…

Oh and can we please stop slagging off gnomes again, they don’t deserve this sort of terrible abusive comparison!

Poor Liberty. I think she has been mulling this over since movie night and finally got some perspective.

I don't think she was being over sensitive. He has been digging at her constantly. Even when they were on the kitchen counter he said something like 'we need to teach you how to sing'. His comments about yacht vs boat, just constant irritated vibe. 'All about you.. you, you, you' when he had just been obsessing over how he looked in the selfies.

We've all had the ick before and it's hard to not show it when someone starts grating on you. I'm glad she has some pride to get out. Shame he wouldn't admit he got dumped.

Faye behaved in a decent way tonight.

Agree 100%. She is not being over sensitive at all. All those little digs and put downs :(

Wow, some of the comments on here are shameful.

All the Faye haters really need to have a look at themselves - using language like "vile" is so unnecessary and frankly it's sad that you're so involved in a reality tv show that you dislike the woman so much.

As for the poster that came on just to say that Kaz is ugly - what is wrong with you? Do you speak to people in real life like that?

Not if you have ADHD and poor executive functioning like me.

For most people, it can be changed and excessive messiness is off putting.

Same as personal hygiene. Some people unfortunately struggle and deserve understanding, but most people would be put off by BO or stale breath, in the same way as cleanliness in a shared living space

I sympathise with Liberty, she's lovely, just responding to her insisting it's part of her that can't be changed and he has to accept. Honestly don't think Jake's wrong for being potentially put off (though I'm not necessarily on his side)

I'm concerned for Fayes" mental health when she comes out. I completely disagree with the way she has behaved and reacted towards Teddy. However, there are some really nasty personal comments and threats being said about her on Twitter and Instagram. Lots of them from women. Where are the 'be kind" messages now?

You only get to dictate how someone runs their home and their life if you're paying for it or living in/with it. Messiness isn't like personal hygiene which is a medically accepted standard to kill off bacteria, not get sick, cause a bad smell, infect others etc.

Who gets to determine the right level of 'tidy'? Why does one person's definition matter more than someone else's? If someone thinks a person is messy for not labelling boxes, colour coding the underwear drawer - is a partner expected to conform to that standard? If Jake has OCD or is a severe germophobe, does Liberty have to spend her life living by his exacting standards? We don't even know how messy Liberty really is....

I think he called her an idiot when they were in the kitchen. On its own as a 'banter' type comment maybe it's insignificant, but chipping away with the other examples mentioned, I bet she wanted to say I'm not an idiot so don't call me one or treat me like one.

I’m so pleased that she’s realised but honestly wish she had been more brutal and tell him what an absolute cock womble he is! I really hope she isn’t getting back with him tomorrow. I agree maybe Faye has been over the top and bitchy some days but in this era of ‘be kind’ do we really need to call her and jake names? What if they read it and it caused them to want to kill themselves?

It's really not that deep. People get put off by mess. They are living together in the villa, messy habits aren't appealing and it's not like a normal dating scenario when you go home at the end of the night.

It's no different to personal hygiene. Nobody gets sick from stale breath or dirty pants but it can be yuck

Jake isn't wrong for being turned off by that. He's wrong for being an ass and lying to her, and using her. But being put off by mess? You can't really blame him for that

I haven't watched it and am just reading the threads about Jake saying Liberty's messiness turned him off her?
I think she has a few habits that turn him off. I've noticed he is always irritated that she starts eating before he sits down and she drinks before they toast. I've noticed her bad table manners myself and can't say I blame him tbh.

But he has been stringing her along ever since the first lot of new girls came into the villa and then the next and he realised he was never going to be chosen for a date with any of them.

I don't think he ever intended to stick with Liberty initially and it wasn't his choice. It was just the way it panned out. I suppose its hard to give up on someone who is very obviously into you and you just have to wait until you win the money/make guest appearances afterwards etc. I don't like that he slept with her but I'm older and think sex should be with people you respect and I know for many, sex is just a physical thing.

No I don't blame him at all for being put off. He can be put off/get the ick over anything at all tbh, and be within his rights. But she certainly shouldn't have to change herself to keep him. Like she said, they are just incompatible.

She looked happy. I think they have decided to stay and see out villa life as a friendship couple as the producers have said 'no point leaving now, stay and enjoy the last few days'. And 'if you go Jakecwill have to go too and that's not fair on him is it?'

(Plus the producers had to keep them in as there is no back up plan for having less couples than expected in the final.)

What is it with the faye hate?
In my opinion faye and Teddy are the most real couple in there.
Yes she's loud and very opinionated, and damn rude sometimes, but you know what, she's 100% real and tells everyone how it is.
Teddy and faye are so into eachother it is ridiculous.
I just wish they had more feddy fans and could win the show, instead of people like you guys, sending all the hate vibes, really nasty, nobody deserves that.
