I agree to an extent. Chloe has been honest with Liberty about Jake in the past. Faye however clearly still has a grudge against Jake.

I never liked Toby before. But he's really grown on me.

I'm not jakes biggest fan but I'm not sure he's being any less genuine the Faye or Tyler. I'm not sure it's being such a great friend to tell liberty this late on in the game, and no one said any of this stuff to Teddy

Yes. I do suspect certain contestants are making more of a drama about it to distract and make themselves feel better about their own past questionable decisions (hi Faye, hi Chloe etc) I think it was shitty the way they burst her bubble immediately and so publicly was humiliating and patronising. I think a good friend might have pulled her aside later and just kindly said they were really happy for her but wanted to make sure she was confident about his intentions.
