But he is being judged more harshly and targeted by the producers more than blokes who have been tested- and FAILED! Eg Tyler- binning off Kaz and then binning off the next woman to go back to her. And also completely playing up to the camera with the huge gesture, to ‘go exclusive’ days after. Jake has definitely made mistakes in there but he and Teddy have been the only two to at least be consistent and respectful, so it doesn’t seem fair to be judging him on hypotheticals when other blokes in there have actually done the crimes, and not getting any heat or a big focus on their relationship from the producers. Aware that I sound like I’m Jake’s mum at this point

I also agree with this. I did think otherwise a few days ago. But (stuck record here) I have rewatched his reconciling with Liberty post Casa Amore and the emotions were definitely 100% real.

I am yet to watch the US version. But the men seem to get naked a fair amount in series 2 of the Australian series, which isn’t allowed over here.

You can see dinosaurs on Earth from Mars (I was expecting Priya to crack up and say naaaaaaaah just kidding and she didn't, or at least we weren't shown, fairly shocked when she didn't) and where does vanilla extract come from (someone said a donkey's bum!).

I really think when dumbass stuff like that is said there should be something on the screen to say IT'S NOT TRUE!!! Shockingly dumb....

Salma said she was into Jake before Casa Amore. We literally never saw any footage of her in the nightly episodes as it became the Lillie/Clarisse/Amy show but we did see her in Unseen bits chatting to Jake. Just chatting.

I'm afraid I find it all a bit scape-goaty and with all the girls gathering round Liberty to tell her she's wrong about Jake (even though she was happy after she forced I Love You out of him) I wouldn't be surprised if Jake and Liberty get voted as least compatible by the rest of them tonight. The writing has been on the wall.

As for Priya and the dinosaurs . It's a shame they kept that in Unseen Bits.

I'm heartened to see that several of us on here are seeing through the manipulation of the Jake and Liberty story by the producers. As a couple they have been thrown to the wolves and I doubt they will survive. In particular I hate the way the other contestants have spotted their weakness and they are circling like vultures now.

I suppose I hope Chloe and Toby win but I don't like what has been done to Liberty and, yes, even Jake in the name of entertainment.

If Faye and Teddy win I'll have to send a letter of protest somewhere!

I agree too. I feel Liberty and Jake are being set up to be eliminated. What's with the Faye redemption show, every few minutes announcing she us working on forgiveness or some such rubbish.

Do the producers have a winning couple in mind and gradually work the clips to ensure the ones they want win.

Its ridiculous to suggest you can see dinosaurs from Mars (although I remember that being a thing when I was at school that did the rounds!)- scientists have said they think that in principle there are some planets far enough away way out of our solar system that could; but they'd need an enormous telescope, as in 10 light years long. She had the spirit but not the facts. The flavouring thing is true also to an extent, its rank.

They use the same terminology because of scripting and meeting cues, I imagine.
