Its quite easy to read between the lines and recognise she is being pulled apart because she is highly educated, speaks well and is slim. If they hadn't said Brett was studying for a PHD, there wouldn't have been such a negative response to him either. This is the result of the class system in the UK where the ordinary viewers want 'salt of the earth' type people to win.
I remember when they put Chantelle into Celebrity Big Brother for exactly this reason.
A PP hit the nail on the head when she said its all about social media hits and churning out the drama. All of the contestants could be lovely people well maybe not Faye but we won't see that because the producers are too busy poking the contestants with a stick to see how much they can annoy them.
