I’m hooked! Keep laughing out loud at the awful acting. Nikki is a mentalist, why would Helen go for her?! Yvonne has just arrived and I love her already.

Yvonne was the best character in it along with the 2 Julie's. Once she left it wasn't nearly so good.

Love it! Now just need to have Footballers Wives back on.

Yvonnes death scene still haunts me. When he slams the door and she turns around and there’s just a wall….

Debra Stephenson is a really good actor, isn't she, in too of her impressions career. She didn't even go to posho drama school - she is an organic talent I think.

The first series is now on UKTV Play. I downloaded the app onto our TV last night. As a total juxtaposition, the fabulous BBC TV adaptation of Tess of the d'Urbervilles with Gemma Arterton and Eddie Redmayne is also there.

She's amazing! SO talented, and yep, quite organic, and from a 'normal' background. She was on Opportunity Knocks I think (when she was a teen.) Good actress, good impressionist, and also very pretty.

She was in Corrie for a couple of years too! Related to Mike Baldwin I think, but I can't remember how.

She was Danny Baldwin's wife?

Ohhh yeah, I have seen ALL of 'Wentworth.' It's absolutely brilliant. So underrated.

I started watching it on channel 5, and it moved to 'five star' after 3 or 4 years. I think the new season starts soon!

(Wentworth is a remake of Prisoner Cell Block H, but is way more violent. Both so good though, as is Bad Girls.)

I remember watching the original Prisoner Cell Block H. It was on quite late at night, so I tended to watch it post-pub, getting intensely involved. My musician flatmate bought me the single of the theme tune for Xmas in an act of ironic vengeance (he didn't like it)! He used to bring me flowers ... 🎵🎶 Terrible dirge

She had an affair with his son and it totally ruined both characters.

I know it’s awful but one of my favourite episodes is where Denny and Shell escape from prison and break into Bodybags home and tortured her and her husband!

@plodalong12 me too!!! When they are all dressed up it’s a total farce but hilarious!

Was genuinely sad when Mr Hollamby (can’t remember his name!) killed himself. It was a really sad storyline when he thought he was too old to be useful
