Ted Lasso is back!!!

Just that. Series two started yesterday, and episode 1 bodes really well for another amazing series. I'm going to struggle with weekly episodes though as I was a late comer to series 1 and binge watched it over 48hrs!

I do love Roy Kent too but Sam is just perfection! I'll have him please!

There isn't much that's good on Apple TV but if you can get a free trial and watch this and Trying, that would be great as they're both brill. The Morning Show is also fab but not sure about anything else.

I have not watched this week yet @sadsack987 but suffice to say Nate the Great was never top of my list and has been steadily plummeting!

@IjustbelieveinMe I found Defending Jacob excruciatingly boring and twigged what was going on quite early, so no big reveal for me! I did watch the whole thing as I kept expecting it to get better and for there to be a fantastic twist but dull as ditchwater IMHO.

Goodness. I actually did genuinely cry a bit.

Thought this had lost its edge in Season 2 but that might be because I couldn’t binge watch. Thought the Christmas one was perhaps the worst one I had seen. However - last 2 episodes have renewed my love of Ted. They need to explore more relationship between Jamie Tartt and his Dad. Not quite sure of Rebecca’s new lover!

I have only discovered this show this week as I’d forgotten I have free Apple TV with my phone contract! Bit of a pain watching on my phone, but oh my god, I am in love with this show! I’ve watched all of S1 in 2 days and have started on 2.

The last time a comedy made me actually laugh out loud was Dinnerladies. Roy Kent is my favourite, after Ted himself of course.

I love Coach Beard. And Roy Kent (fark off!). And everyone else

Loved the Man City episode - the whole thing was perfect, especially 'fucking glitter' & the hug!

The last episode was very strange though - feels like there should be some sort of meaning behind it that I'm just not getting!

I liked Beard After Hours and suspect it is just a small sample of the weird shit that Beard gets up to outside of work

The meaning was that the producers wrote 10 episodes for season 2. Then Apple gave them a 12 episode slot. They made the Christmas episode and Coach Beard After Dark to fill in those two episodes but not disrupt the storyline for the series.

One of husband's oldest friends is in this, been nominated for a BAFTA . Lets just say his FB friends list is very impressive these days 😁

I might have cried when Jamie spoke to Keeley. He seems to have really changed. To be fair I cried a bit especially when they sang the Rick Astley song. Apparently Rick was super touched they used his song.

I saw Rick Astley sing live and he’s aged very well.

Just watched the funeral one - it really is an amazing show and have been singing Rick Astley all day! Love the healing with Rebecca and her mum!

Loved Jamie too - his character has had a real redemption! Really want him to find a lovely girl (but not Keely - she needs to stay with Roy!)

I’ve just watched the latest episode and I’m worried about Keely and Roy.

Just watched the last episode - loved it. Love Keely and Roy & hope they'll be ok & loved how Roy was with Jamie.

Nate - wow! Saw it coming to an extent and noticed him talking to Rebecca's ex at her dad's funeral but didn't see that coming!

Sam is sublime. Would love him and Rebecca to get together properly!

Absolutely love Ted. Wish I had his patience and moral code! He is superb!
