Really hoping our neighbours don’t set fireworks off as they did last time! I understand people being excited but fireworks in built up areas should be a crime!

No, my TV is off, I'm flicking between Mumsnet and my kindle. Enjoying the peace and quiet bar rowdy neighbours sounding like a scratched record, they've shouted the same 3 words repeatdly since 4pm today (it's coming home) I guess people are excited but surely even they must be able to say something other than those 3 words

Not remotely interested and have far more important things to do - fortunately I live in the middle of nowhere so no neighbours carrying on, shouting, screaming and hollering...over a stupid game. Blissful peace and quiet, listening to the gentle sound of rain falling and owls hooting. Pure contentment!

I hope they win, obviously I hope they don’t win. If they do there’ll be a lot of yobbish behaviour and violence across the country, and selfish people will get excited and probably make noise late into the night. If they lose then everyone will be dejected and probably go to bed quietly.

They've already been violent and yobbish trying to brea into the stadium. I've said for years this shouldn't be a spectators sport as people clearly can't control their behaviour. You don't see this nonsense violence by fans for any other sport
