Any other Bluey fans out there? My kiddies watch it every day now! Does anyone know of any Bluey merch coming out in the UK?

We are massive Bluey fans. It's brilliant, so funny and well written, Bandit is such a great Dad character. I bought the cuddly bingo and bluey from Sainsbury's on Monday, I'm very excited to surprise my kids with them.Grin

AlbusSeverusMalfoy · 07/07/2021 15:24

Love Bluey. My DS called me babe and said 'ok dude' this morning 😂

AlbusSeverusMalfoy · 07/07/2021 15:25

Oh also DS does Bingos 'hand lid fist toilet - thank you for cleaning my toilet' giggles every time.

AlbusSeverusMalfoy · 07/07/2021 15:25

Poor little bug on the wall....Ding Ching

My kids have expanded on it. After closing the lid they say 'finger in mouth' Then they say 'Thank you for cleaning my toilet' 😂
AlbusSeverusMalfoy · 07/07/2021 21:53

That's brilliant Grin

AlaskaThunderfuckHiiiiiiiii · 08/07/2021 10:04

We love bluey here too, we have Disney + there are 100 episodes on there! And yes we do continue to watch it once the kids have gone to bed Grin. It really is hilarious though I love the magic xylophone episode and copy cat

My husband taught my DD a new version, she puts a bit of Nutella in her fist first before she does the trick on someone Confused
Marmite27 · 08/07/2021 16:05

We absolutely adore Bluey, it’s just fab!

My favourite episode is Hammerbarn.

‘But her husband is better than mine!’

‘This is what happens when you’re not happy with what you’ve got! Someone’s husband gets it!’ Grin

Having a 5 year old and a 3 year old, it’s a scarily accurate portrayal of our family life.

Big Bluey fans here! Hubby is from NZ so a lot of the phrases are very similar to what he grew up with 😁

Wackdoo is joe common parlance in our house.

DC1 previously had a serious sheriff Callie addiction, so now she has a weird Disney Texan crossed with Brisbane accent going on Grin

We're in Oz, so have been lucky enough to have been watching it for several years. DCs (6 and 8) still love it, and DH and I watch (and re-watch) episodes after they are in bed. Grin Favourite episodes are At the Pool (sooo true), Cinema and Hammerbarn (which is based on an actual hardware chain called Bunnings - even the staff uniforms, sign fonts, etc are identical - for real life!)

So, good news - I am sure you will get STACKS of merc to spend your dollarbucks on soon, because you can't move for it in the shops here. If you want to get some ideas, just google any Aussie stores (Big W, Myer, Target, Kmart - make sure it's the Australian versions though, not the US ones).

Also, all episodes are available on the abc's iview site. It's free in Australia, but I understand that it is also available overseas via App Store or Google Play.

Finally, just to mention, in case anyone didn't know - Bluey and Bingo are both girl dogs! The assumption always seems to be that Bluey is a boy, but I think it's great to finally have a show for everyone (boys and girls) with two sisters as the main characters.

Oh my God! I've found my people! I love Bluey! 🤣

Eldest normally identifies as Bluey, youngest as Bingo.

We needed an emergency supermarket run on Saturday so DH bought one of each. Had to go back to buy two more due to the epic tantrum of the youngest. Usually I wouldn’t give in to her, but she had a vomiting bug and I was scared she was going to make herself sick again. So now we have two of each.

Plus Pool time figures, Grannie’s figures and the cousins pack. DH is a pushover. Grin

TheLovleyChebbyMcGee · 13/07/2021 13:31

Oh no Marmite27!! Well hopefully full sets of both toys will lift the spirits. I've just been singing the praises of Bluey at my work, turns out all the other parents love it too!

Maybe I'll be nice and get DS thd bluey toys for his birthday. My DH is also a pushover compared to me!

Winterfellismyhome · 13/07/2021 13:33

I love hammerbarn @Marmite27

"Shes taking my husband!!" Makes me laugh everytime

Inamuddleaboutthis · 15/07/2021 08:19

My DD loves Bluey, she sings the ladybird song everytime we see a ladybird, we is a lot due to where we live.

orangejuicer · 15/07/2021 08:22

I love Bluey, DS tolerates it for me.

I was very excited to hear that they have it on Disney+.

Marmite27 · 15/07/2021 12:04

We had asparagus with dinner last night….

I ate all the wands in the end to settle them down Grin

orangejuicer · 17/07/2021 21:40

Saw Sleepytime for the first time today and bawled my eyes out. Sad

Snozwanger · 17/07/2021 22:07

@ThatDreamSheep I saw the March in Sainsbury's yesterday too. Little play sets with figurines and cuddly toys. My 7 year old and 3 year old both like the show.

superoz · 17/07/2021 23:17

Despite being older than the target audience my 7 year old is hooked on Bluey and borrows the games for playing at home!
She binged the latter half of S2 on Disney+ when she had a cold and was at home. Have some new favourite episodes - Babysitter and Cinema, and Grandad made me bawl my eyes out.

ILookAtTheFloor · 18/07/2021 16:18

We love Bluey. We found it in Disney Jr early last year and subscribed to Disney Plus purely for Bluey and were very disappointed that it wasn't on there for a very long time, I think October.

I tear up at so many, particularly Sleepy time! The music throughout is just fabulous. It's quality children's programming. You can see that the creator has been influenced by successful British shows that he worked on including Peppa Pig.

And it makes Brisbane look bloody amazing. I knew nothing about Brisbane until I watched Bluey, now if someone asked me which Oz city I'd live in I'd say Brisbane every time!

orangetriangle · 19/10/2021 09:04

does anyone know where bluey figures particularly the little plastic ones are in stock?
