As the title suggests.. what advert comes on and you just wanna punch the TV lol.
I'll go... mine is that stupid Ribena advert , blackcurrant artist or summin' daft.. just STFU!! And also the flash advert in the style of the flash song 🙄 can't wait to see what others write lol!

The bagel advert with the seriously annoying “fancy smancy” repeated over and over again 😡

Haha, I LOVE the Ribena ad for the sheer daftness of the chap in it. My husband has actually been known to pause the ad for me if I am out of the room, to play it on my return as it makes me chuckle 🤭 🤣 (and not many ads do).

I hate 99% of ads on TV in fact.

Bloody peloton ones, drive me mad. Also, like pp's the tena lady pants, someone young accepting that it's normal to wee yourself after having a baby. It's not, get to the doctor.

The Carte d'or vanilla ice cream advert. Everytime the woman says "It's so moreish" I cringe, plus it's just plain daft but not funny.

I used to hate the one where the kid yells about the boiler being broken and the mum immediately looks at a payday loan on her phone.

I hate any advert which shows a child being cheeky to an adult. Would love to give the entitled little buggers a slap across the kisser.

Oh my, there are so many shite ads. Back say 20 years ago the ads were the best thing on TV, there used to be so many really funny ones.
At the moment, my particular pet hate is the bank/building society ones where they are trying to convince us that “we’re all in this together”, or some such sentimental crap. And yet, they are doing absolutely nothing for us - no bank/building soc offers anything like a decent rate of interest.
My second pet hate is the self-consciously “zany” type ads where they are clearly copying some viral ad, or are aiming for similar. Nope, I see you and it’s derivative shite.

I thought we were free from the "you gotta get them up there girls" but I've seen it twice in the last couple of days again.

Haha snap @JemimaTab, although my post had a slightly different slant I agree with you about interest rates too. My son's savings account now "pays" 0.001% interest which they should be too embarrassed to mention. (Must sort out a transfer actually.)

I really hate that Fairy non-bio ad with Vogue whatsherface swanning about her fake home and telling us plebs to make sure we close the laundry pod box properly ("with a click-clack"). By far the worst bit is at the end when she goes "mmmm... that's fairy soft". Arggghhh! Defo makes me want to punch the tv!

Totally agree, but now she and her equally irritating husband are on a gin advert too! I wouldn’t buy the products out of principle.

One for a fabric softener I think where they sing a ‘musical theatre style’ song “where’re is the sun” and one sings “....this room smells like an armpit.”
