I'm not any better at sewing than poetry as it happens.

Anyways, line for Patrick starts behind me.

Damiens was a school play version of Wonderwoman.

Next week looks like it will be very tough.

Dire week, really - pattern challenge that only one person finished, horrendous transformations, and awful made to measures - Rafe was robbed for GOTW, even if it’s not my bag.

Ach I’m sad to see him go but it was the right decision.

Ditto, no doubt he should have gone this week, but I liked him.

Rebecca's dress was like an off-the-peg Christmas party dress and was a bit staid. Raph's captured the brief perfectly.

I thought Rafe's and Serena's both looked more dramatic than Rebecca's. I didn't think Fairie's looked that good. But it was definitely Damien's time to go, much as I enjoyed his devil may care attitude in the face of a tricky zip.

Rafe was robbed, his model's arse looked amazing, the fit was the best of the bunch.

If I had a bum like Rafe’s model, I would have wanted it covered in his garment.

I wouldn’t have even put her runner up GOTW!

Agree Raph was robbed.

Think the show will be a bit more boring now without Damien.

Raphe’s outfit was very Studio 54. I really like what he did to the fabric, not so keen on the feathers.

I mostly liked Rebecca’s and thought it suited the brief really well but the golds and the reds were all a bit garish and cheap looking, particularly Farie’s.

Serena’s was a bit meh and Damien’s, well...there wasn’t much right with it. But he took it with good grace and added a bit of light heartedness to the show.

I think Serenas been so consistent but never really does brilliantly in the made to measure so she might struggle with the final if that’s the key to being crowned champion.

Rafe's was clever, but I thought it was pretty hideous.

Sadly, mine is probably better covered with sofa fabric given that's where it has spent the better part of the last year.

Mine is encased in the most unglamorous drawers that you could get. And a pair of wide leg and arse trousers.

I thought Rebecca's dress was boring, it was a Damian pattern, 3 bits joined up.
I loved Rafes but I'm fond of a bit of sparkle. I had on a stripey tshirt with Disco written on in in purple glitter to go to Tesco today.

Rebecca's was eye-catching but the placement of the waist darts relative to the top centre front was way off.

I thought there was a bit of puckering on Rebecca’s dress which they didn’t mention. I still liked it, but I thought Raphael’s had more flair. And yes, his model’s bum looked fab - I certainly couldn’t carry that off! 😂

It round have been interesting to hear why they chose Rebecca's over Raph's, especially considering the judges were divided at first.

You'd almost suspect it was because Rebecca' had had a "first". Raph's was very well made (and once again he had excelled in foreseeing the pattern.

I am delighted Damien went. It would have just been a joke if he's managed to scrap through another week.

I think Farie or Rebecca' might go next week. Faire is talented enough to win, but needs more time to produce her best.

What, in the name of all that is holy, was Damien thinking? Mean girls glitz and glamour = thick red sofa fabric. It was awful and why did he not do a long dress... he is obsessed with tweedy fitted office dresses, bet it's a fantasy of his or summat

Loved Rebecca's dress because I liked the style. Yes, Rafe's was spectacular design, I just didn't like it and I'll be honest, I try but I can't warm to him.

As for Sound of Music curtains... less said the better!

The judges did briefly mention that the sewing of Raph's cape wasn't great.

Am I the only one who actually liked some of the curtains! Serena and Rebecca's were cute!
