Yes, I, think Euphoria is the best Eurovision song ever - in fact I thought it was totally underrated as a mainstream pop song!

I would LOVE Iceland to win but sadly I don’t think it will happen.

I think it will be France, or a surprise win for Switzerland, but then Italy are (somehow) the favourites by a long way.

I thought France was genuinely brilliant. I just love Daði Freyr though.

Portugal I kind of liked the singer, voice reminded me of Terence Trent Darby. Sounded like an actual band not X factor. Didn't like the look though (pony tail with a hat), and then it got a bit too weird towards the end.

What on earth happened in 2019? The others must have been really bad!

We went to Sweden for the semi finals in 2016 and the pedestrian crossings played a a plinky plonky version of Euphoria in the area around the Eurovision village. ‘‘Twas brilliant.

Think About Things from last year is probably now my favourite Eurovision song, but before that there was an Australian entry I loved several years ago.

Talking about the time difference, I can never understand why they start at 9pm for central Europe - it does seem unnecessarily late for a four-hour spectacular.

8pm is quite a nice start time for us, Ireland and Portugal (any more?), but it's a long old haul into the small hours for all the rest (the actual European nations, at least), isn't it?

Are we ever going to get to the actual results?
