I started watching The Good Witch on Netflix last night, it stars James Denton who of course played Mike Delfino in DH. I loved DH back in the day (final season was 2012 ) - the characters, the dark humour and the body count. Wednesday evenings on C4 (?) were the highlight of my week in the mid noughties

Has anyone found a series as bonkers and gripping as DH? Dead To Me had a similar vibe but apparently there's only going to be one more series

Loved DH when it was first on. It has been on Amazon Prime so rewatching, now up to the last season. I think my favourite was season 3

I nearly started a thread about DH last night so glad I spotted this thread! I never watched it at the time but we've spent lockdown watching all 8 series on Prime and finally finished it last night.

It was the perfect mix of drama (with plenty of OTT story lines thrown in ), humour and a bit of sadness here and there.

DP didn't like the ending but I thought it was nice how it came back full circle and they all left the lane, as soon as Susan announced she was leaving I guessed that everyone else would follow as it wouldn't have been right some of them staying on the lane. I do feel that they have left it open to re start it all over again with a new cast but I think it's best being left where it is (despite constantly saying up until the final episode where it was clear the original cast won't come back that I hoped they would make a reunion series soon).

Mary Alice killed herself because of the note she received about their secret, which was that they had killed Zach's biological mum.

I loved Edie, always felt a bit sorry for her - she went to such extremes to find a loving partner. And Mrs McCluskey with her husband's body in the freezer 😱

I’m rewatching DH while I’m on my exercise bike - I’ve just done all of Modern Family and graduated onto DH with its episodes of double the length 😄 Compared to some other shows, DH seems to have aged OK. I think Modern Family is more recent but has many more ‘ooh can’t say that now’ moments!

Big Little Lies is a good shout, and along those lines, Little Fires Everywhere.

I am seriously still so into it, considering I’ve watched it so many times so much happens that I barely remember but I do remember mikes fate and that makes me sad
