Firefly Lane on Netflix

I just found this nice little gem on Netflix. It's got Katherine Heigl. Looks good so far, only watched the first episode. Its got a Virgin River, sweet magnolias feel.

I loved it - finished it today! Any recs for something similar? I saw up thread sweet magnolias and virgin river which I will give a try but anything else?

I nearly stopped watching it after episode 1, but I've continued. The best bits are when they're teenagers, I think the filming is really well done, it definitely feels like the 70s. The bit where the girls were dancing in Tully's house made me feel quite tearful for some reason.

I enjoyed it too but annoyed that they didn't say why they had fallen out in the last episode. Hate when things are set up for a sequel!
