I'm rather late to this but really enjoying it for sheer entertainment value! Question - have do all the servers earn so much money as they all seem to be jetting off on fab weekends regularly!

I think they all have other jobs modelling Arianna wrote a book, and they obviously get paid for the show, they probably earn a lot in tips too.
