As a natural introvert the lack of handshake/hug would be a definite bonus. But the whole audition thing would be tricky

Noisy . It's funny- I didn't even like her that much when she was on it- but I think it was the way it was edited, she always came across as a real horror.

They should have a female judge who isn't typical talent show judge.. Like Grace Jones or Annie Lennox!

Tom would've probably duetted with them both.

I think the women always try and prove they know about singing too. Same on the X Factor. It may be that we are being judgy about knowledgeable women so I am examining myself for unconscious bias.

However... Paloma was bloody irritating.

I liked it when Ana Matronic was one of the 'mentors' during the 'battle rounds' -she was good. She would make a good judge. I am sad that Meghan couldn't come back- she was a good fit with the rest of the panel.

Oh- The Female Boss Tulisa was truly awful.

Grace Jones would be AMAZING!

Alas, I dont think ITV would provide her with her beloved 'cocaine autobahn' for her rider.

In the interest of balance- psycho killer Gavin was not a great judge really. Nor was he any good at singing. .
