I'm enjoying Andi too.

Not a fan of any of the puds so far. And usually I love dessert.

Lisa's mad, doing a snow globe.

The mousse looks like something I want to eat.

That snow globe was the best thing so far, she'll be doing half the banquet at this rate.

Tommy, Tommy, Tommy and I loved you so. Mushroom and bacon do not belong in desserts.

Gosh. All but one dessert was rubbish. Why would you put butter cream on a baked Alaska?!

I'm sad they didn't get some proper pastry chefs in for this round. Could have pinched some of the bake off professionals crowd.

I hope Lisa has a good day again tomorrow as she was far and away the best today.

Agree on the why for buttercream on the Alaska, Italian meringue is too sweet as it is, never mind on top of a fatty layer of sugar.

But for this show it's about names.

I'll be interested in seeing how it gets presented either at a banquet or delivered. In our current state they must have had a problem sorting a gathering.

Well that was interesting. I think they could have given the different chefs a picture of how the dishes were meant to look. They all looked a little different to each other. I'm sure the recipients all enjoyed the meal but they really ought to have anticipated and prepared for this eventuality.
