I've been dipping in/out of Classic Eastenders , we';; have Christmas next week (I think Thursday not 100% sure)
Not seen todays yet , but yesterday Alfie and Kat are getting ready for the wedding and Alfie's wife turns up . I don't remember her and I don't know if she's nice or nasty .

His cousin Max is Dave Quinnan from The Bill (blast from the past there )

I'll watch the latest episodes tonight , the Graham Foster /Little Mo storyline is going to cause it's horrible aftermath I think

I’ve stopped watching. I hate all these miserable storylines - Mo and Graham - leave her alone for ten minutes! Just let people be happy for a little while please (see also Kat and Alfie)

I'm still a bit behind but all this wedding nonsense is doing my nut in. Why don't they get married Xmas Day 2004 then they could have whatever venue their hearts desired including real snow if they go somewhere snowy, he could get his divorce and it would give enough space between Kat's last wedding which was only last week for goodness sake! Draw a breath...what is the rush rush rush...

I'm a few days behind, also not keen on the Little Mo rape storyline. It's the run-up to Christmas, we should be having fun stories about people getting ready, buying presents etc. Also agree that the hassle over Alfie's divorce is just stupid. And considering the wedding is in a few days, where are all those preparations?

Completely sick of Dan Ferrera behaving like a spoilt toddler all the time. Why do all his children treat him like a king?

I do like the Salvation Army band constantly in the background playing carols though!

Can't understand why Pat, on finding that silver bracelet from Paul just stuffed into Janine's kitchen drawer, would immediately assume that Paul is therefore cheating on Natalie now? Surely it's obvious to her that Janine & Paul must have a history together, especially with Paul being the only other Eastender who was in Scotland when Barry died?

Nana Moon's new man is Tinker Dill from Lovejoy! That's been on Drama channel too - OMG the sexism. Quite entertaining in parts though.

I watched todays episodes -
Only good bit was seeing a pumpkin lantern on the fruit stall (Derek is covering) and a spider /spiderweb drawing on the Video shop , which means .......Hallowe'en is near .

Demi and Darren are being scam merchants but Big Mo has been doing this longer
Martin was attacked ( by his stalker )
Kat is being really mean to Alfi and drinking/sleeping/going out on the lash (don;t know what he's done)
Dennis has left . Zoe has a face like a well skelped baby's arse
Chrissie and Kate at loggerheads in the hair/nail salon. Looking at Kates hair I think there's already been the scene where Chrissie knows about Kate&Den so hacks her hair
Paul is up to No Good (as per)

Oh and

Mo's attacker/rapist Graham Foster faces trial
Gary's divorce is served
Gary , Minty and Billy go out on the pull but Billy is still in love with Little Mo

Does Zoe ever have a face that looks anything other than a smacked arse?

I don;t remember much of this storyline but the Millers are annoying me intensely .
If Rosie posted on Mumsnet she'd be told that her lazy shirker OH should get off his fat arse and do some work , never mind his back problem that magically manifests when the W-O-R-K word is mentioned .
Running herself ragged doing four jobs doesn't make her a strong Eastend matriach , she just has Mug and Doormat stamped on her .

Why is it Darrens job to look our for Demi? She berates Darren and Mickey whenever Demi gets into trouble .
They are not her keeper .

And the father of the baby (Leo) rolls up with his Dad who is really pissed off (understatement) .

I'm watching a couple of this weeks :

Roger Griffiths (Mitch Baker) has an early incarnation as a DCI interviewing Paul Trueman about his dodgy dealings .

The Dennis/Sharon/Zoe triangle still dragging on. Sharon won't tell her Dad because he'll beat Dennis up.
Zoe is an utter barnacle , she cannot accept Dennis is NFI but won't let go .

Stacey went round to Jeans but was thrown out . I'm sure I had the same curtains Jean had ....

Ian has bought The Arches from Sam. Much to Andy's disgust .

It's nearly Christmas .............
Big Mo has invited The World and His Wife to theirs (what can possibly go wrong ?)
The Millers have tried and failed to put up lights (and will probably fuse the whole Square)
Patrick and Yolande have bought the Minit Mart

@70isaLimitNotaTarget I hate the Millers too. Are Rosie & Keith even married, she's not even a real Miller is she? Makes me despair to see her running around after her family of losers. I'm a couple of weeks behind, Demi has just had her baby Aleesha and Rosie has totally taken over.

Zoe drives me mad too, it seems like only yesterday she was mooning over Anthony the doctor, now it's Dennis.

I also hate that Kat and Alfie have split up, both of them were behaving completely irrationally in the lead-up, I got the impression the various scriptwriters were just trying to shoehorn in a load of reasons why they would split.

And I'm getting sick of all the crime - Andy, Den, Dennis, Paul, Mo, most of the Millers - there's a lot of scumbags in the Square.

It struck me the other day that brothers Juli & Gus must actually be called Julius and Augustus!

Rapey Den! Seriously WTF? If Zoe wanted some sperm she could very very easily go get some without resorting to crocodile Den. I am also feeling a bit sick about Mo and Alfie’s hot flirtation, you wouldn’t do it to your mate let alone your sister. I am feeling a bit sorry for dimsam but to give her her due she’s in the chippy slinging trays of chips at Andy Hunter.

Christmas was horrible! Den throwing out Alfie & family on Christmas Eve, now they're all friends again in early January? I wish there was some consistency, it's like musical jobs and musical houses at the moment.

I don't like the Zoe & Den storyline at all, yes she's annoying but no way would she really persist with this fake pregnancy tale. It's 2005 FFS, Dennis would have demanded that she take a pregnancy test. I'm just hoping she sees sense soon, but even if she does, she won't be able to forget rapey Den. Yuk.

Marcus-the-Solicitor suddenly turning into a conman wasn't at all convincing either.

And Stacey is now corrupting Lucy! Soon there'll be nobody in the Square earning an honest living!
