I have some questions about Michelle,s pregnancy ,she's adament it's Grants baby ,but didn't she have a thing with her Boss ? And didn't Geoff stay over how can she be certain ???

I never got the love for Sean Slater either , he was really horrible to Gus when he lived with him ( well more of a cocklodger as he bagged the best room, didn;t pay rent and copped off with Gus's girlfriend just because he could , to undermine Gus)

He looks dirty and not in a good way .

I wasn't a fan of Dennis Watts but he grew on me when I rewatched it and he'd dumped Zoe . Sharon and Dennis had their very brief Happy Ever After till he was taken out .

In present day Eastenders there was a storyline last year or so and much excitement about Sean coming back , but thankfully it was a video call .

I think the actor has made it big in the USA , he is pretty sucessful over there which shows he's good , and to create such an unlikeable character as Sean is tough .

Yes I loved Dennis to ,was very sad when he left ..I read he was fed up with his character and felt there was no where left for it to go ,once he married Sharon .
I love the old ones best ,den watts ,such a shame he left the second time

Some of it don't work ,like the putting peggy and frank together,when frant and pat belong together.
And Phil and Sharon belong together,not Phil and cat ,that was an odd mix

I am watching! I am a bit behind but will catch up with you soon. I like mini Den and Sharon and I was gutted when he was killed. Dirty Den was fired after being caught on web cam performing a sex act for a fan! Dirty old thing! Now a days they would have given him a raise. From what I remember of Shaun he was a nasty piece of work but good looking so he was let off his awful behaviour.

I've just watched Jonny have a heart attack in prison after Sean visited him and upset him .really can't stand that Sean .Stacy's brother I mean .
I'm trying to think how Jake leaves ,and I never understood why Jake stayed loyal to Jonny

Yes Sean is really horrible. Ruby is being a bit thick about him.

I really like Jake. I was so glad when they despatched his idiot brother. Ruby seems to be all about making bad choices with older men but she is all alone with no strong female to turn to. Is Kat back yet? ( I think I am about 3 weeks behind you so I will need to have a marathon) Kat had a soft spot for Ruby.

I'm terrible for looking up on the net what happens,as I'm can't remember from way back.
I think they split until after Jonny's funeral

I've been watching since it restarted and I want it to go back to the beginning again
This all feels too recent.
Also it's strange how differently I view characters the second time around.

I love den and Angie and Sharon as a teenager,..I'm so sad .All I literally watch is new EastEnders and old EastEnders.
And call the midwife, of course,when that's on

I only a saw bit but:
Bradley is furious with Stacey because she gate crashed his works' do and embaressed him.
Stacey found Max to complain to him, Max punched Bradley in front of Jim.
Then Stacey and Max wind up in a snog .

Billy is trying to be with baby Janet who is having surgery , Honey is vacant (nothing new there but completely detached vacant )

Pauline has punched Joe round the head (she has form for this !) and he has packed his things and sitting in the Vic with a bloodied cloth to his head with Sonia and Martin.
Martin goes to see Pauline to give her a piece of his mind , Pauline tells him she's going to Michelles on Christmas Day . Martin is a bit pissed off with Michelle being The Perfect Daughter and tells Pauline that Grant is the Dad of her son.

I can't bear how honey is treating petal

It is really awful isn’t it. I think there was a lot of anger from down syndrome groups about this story at the time, they felt it was really scaremongering and not showing the absolutely wonderful aspects of a child affected or the medical/health aspects that could have been brought to the publics attention. My cousin has Down syndrome he s quite simply the most wonderful human being in the world, he’s achieved so much (ha has a gold Olympic medal and his own radio show).

Yes ,I felt really angry with EastEnders for running the story so negatively.
Billy should of dumped honey and not let petal be taken to be fostered .
It was a Lot of negativity going on for a long time

I am just up to the bits where Bert’s wife has died and Jay is about to arrive. They are gearing up for Pauline’s storyline. She has been outed as a liar. Who lies about a brain tumour?

Max and 18 year old Stacey is giving me the ick.

Pauline really turned nasty at the end ,she was always a difficult character anyway,but the way she treated Sonia and Martin at the end,trashing his veg stall ,was awful...I wonder why the writers took her character in that direction

Wendy Richard’s decided to leave after they had Pauline marry again and she thought it was the wrong thing as Pauline would never remarry. So the writers turned her nasty. She was awful to poor Martin and Sonia though the market inspector would have laughed at her. It isn’t her stall. It was Pete’s, then Marks. She never worked it.
Max and Stacey was definitely ick but Bradley was absolutely a shit boyfriend to her.

Oh right ..that's why she left then ..I quite like liked her husband Joe towards the end ..
Bradleys treatment of Stacy towards the abortion was awful,he practically forced her in to it ,and then they carried on together like nothing happened..very weird writing

The Stacey and Max stuff is just grim! Bradley did strong arm her into that abortion and his behaviour to her at the party was spiteful.

I am catching up and not sure if it's because I am watching back-to-back episodes but Stacey and Tanya fawning over Max...how much more snogging can I take!! What do they see in him? Stacey snogging him in a bog while his wife waits outside.

Carly is getting on my wick.

So burt is jay's granddad,and they are living together.
Yet later on it turns out Billy is related to jay and gets him out of a care home to live with him.
So why hasn't billy noticed him on the square living with burt
It doesn't make sense

The may ,dawn ,rob triangle is sick ..he's bed jumping from one to the other

I watched todays - Honey asking Stella "are you orgasmic" when she meant "organic" (food)

Stella is like a cat tormenting a mouse with Ben . Stella and Phil have no chemistry . She's a Lawyer , but swans off with Phil to pick up Ben from school. (It doesn't take 2 people and if I was her client I'd hope she was actually working for me . She's no Ritchie is she ?)

Dawn drinking the vodka when she is pregnant , I was half hoping Peggy would tell her to "get outta my pub" but maybe she thought if she's in the Vic she can keep an eye on her , if Dawn left she'd just buy a bottle .
Love Billy back then, he's a nice looking bloke .

Massive catch-up from all the episodes recorded over the festive season. I can't believe the amount of snogging/shagging that goes on in the Queen Vic loos!

I'm pleased that Honey suddenly decided to love Petal and changed her name back to Janet, even if that storyline was completely unbelievable. And now she's pregnant again... why on earth is everyone in the Square so casual with their contraception?

The unending Dawn/Rob/May love triangle, I'm not sure how this will play out, I'm actually rather interested in the outcome of this. It's been a good slow-burner since Dawn & Rob met when she was pretending to be Ian's wife!

Phil engaged to Stella but only as a new mum for Ben, but she hates Ben. This will all end in tears! (I hope!)

Why is Ian moving his family into the still fire-damaged Fowler house?
