We have been following Our Girl since 2014 and although there are to be no further series, we revisit time and time again to discuss. As an alternative, we are also watching the 1990s series of Soldier Soldier.

Hadn’t noticed the Drama channel was imitating us. BTW, next eeek Robson Green’s walking Hadrian’s Wall. Might be worth a watch.

Ilovelblue · 05/01/2021 22:46

Yes, that might be a decent watch eejit, especially as there's not much worth viewing on television at the moment. It will be an improvement on those fishing programmes he does, that's for sure!

Ready for parade at 9pm, ladies?

Rhubarb01 · 12/01/2021 20:46

Reporting keen and early for duty!

Rhubarb01 · 12/01/2021 20:47

The weekly alarm on my phone now ensures I don't forget Blush

Ilovelblue · 12/01/2021 20:56

I'm here.

Tonight's thrilling instalment is "Delayed Action" - as long as there's no boxing, all will hopefully be well!

Pressing Play....now!

Ilovelblue · 12/01/2021 21:00

Just pressed play.

"Keep Out" sign = danger!!!

Ilovelblue · 12/01/2021 21:02

Oh dear, Debs has made a reappearance. Looks as if she's been out on the town.

Briggs and Mark Hobbs are out in the middle of nowhere, but back in the land of WAGS here comes Debs...looking a bit drunk.

Rhubarb01 · 12/01/2021 21:04

Looks like the patience of Deb's parents is wearing thin.

Ah, so the lads are guarding a hill against the threat of....druids.

eejittwo · 12/01/2021 21:04

BTW - does anyone else’s heart sink and think of Georgie every time they mention army medics helping vaccinate the nation?

Ilovelblue · 12/01/2021 21:05

Debs' mother has read her the riot act and she has come back to Aldershot.

Briggsy, Mark and Jeremy (where's he been by the way) try to stop the Druids or whoever they are from having their wedding.

Debs has done a moonlight flit and arrived at Kate's house. With friends like Debs who needs enemies.

Here come the druids - it's not quite "Here come the boys!!" is it?

eejittwo · 12/01/2021 21:05

So where is Debs now?

Rhubarb01 · 12/01/2021 21:05

Do the druids speak English?? Speak louder Jeremy.

eejittwo · 12/01/2021 21:06

Why are druids sounding like Hare Krishna?

eejittwo · 12/01/2021 21:07

Don’t pick on poor Jeremy

Rhubarb01 · 12/01/2021 21:07

All the time eejit - if two section and Georgie were on the case, let's face it, there would have been a diplomatic incident by now and probably a small war somewhere.

Ilovelblue · 12/01/2021 21:07

Their spokeswoman is rather stroppy and poor Jeremy ends up flat on the ground.

Kate is very forgiving of Debs. Not sure I could be friends with somebody like her. She is letting Debs stay with her and Mark for a couple of days.

Missing Debs like a hole in the head. He seems pretty happy without her.

eejittwo · 12/01/2021 21:08

Oh, so that’s the Polish baby, is it?

Rhubarb01 · 12/01/2021 21:08

The plan for the golf pavillion, reminds me of the nursery in Germany - remember how that turned out?

Ilovelblue · 12/01/2021 21:08

Oooh, if Elvis had been in charge, he would have charmed that stroppy woman so that they'd all have turned on their heel.
