No I am watching SOLDIER SOLDIER

We loved it years ago GrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

StellaAndCrow · 11/02/2021 16:24

Ooh, Soldier Soldier, haven't seen that for years, I'll look out for that on Drama - I found old episodes of Peak Practice on that a couple of weeks ago - a moral dilemma every episode!

FuzzyPuffling · 11/02/2021 16:53

We quite like to watch The Bill on Drama at lunchtime. It's getting towards the end now though. (I think....I'm not that much of an aficionado.)

MadisonAvenue · 11/02/2021 17:16

We’ve been watching Grange Hill on Britbox Grin

Enjoyed today’s episode, wonder if Lily’s going to go full bunnyboiler on Al now?

EventuallyDeleted · 11/02/2021 18:08

Well, we had better hurry up and fill this thread up now we know the answer to the title question. I'd like it if Lily stuck around but can't really see how it could happen.

TDogsInHats · 11/02/2021 19:14

Karen is going to get addicted to strong pain killers, tramadol perhaps?
Why she hasn't told Rob about both attacks by the foster boy is unclear to me. Surely that's exactly the sort of thing you'd tell your husband/the co carer?

Binglebong · 11/02/2021 20:04

She's being all protective and idiotic.

Raahh · 11/02/2021 20:20

I've said many times before, but the Gobbys are truly awful foster carers. They have broken rules and done stupid things, so many times now. I honestly don't understand how they are allowed to carry on (apart from the fact foster carers are probably thin on the ground for certain age groups).

I appreciate, as always, Doctors is not real life Grin.

EventuallyDeleted · 11/02/2021 20:52

It's not just them being rubbish at it, there is no way they should be fostering from a family with an active criminal case ongoing with Rob's police station.

Raahh · 12/02/2021 10:00

Eventually no, I agree.
But that's what happens when Rob is the Only Plod in the Village. Grin.

Binglebong · 12/02/2021 21:59

Calling Val! It appears she shops at Joe Browns.Grin

I know of real life foster carers for teens, who were removed from the foster register (not sure of the terminology)
This only plod in the village/foster carers for a local suspect/ story line is ludicrous

SUBisYodrethwhenLarping · 15/02/2021 13:57

Really glad that Gobby told Gobby plod finally

LIZS · 15/02/2021 13:59

Who would pay for a health club where classes share a space which looks like village hall! Spa , where?

Raahh · 15/02/2021 14:02

I missed the beginning of this because my dad rang- I need to have words Grin.

I will catch up now.

Raahh · 15/02/2021 14:04

Val is wearing a lovely cat blouseGrin.

LIZS · 15/02/2021 14:05

Stress incontinence?

Raahh · 15/02/2021 14:08

I am also glad that Gobby came clean about Tom hitting her.

Raahh · 15/02/2021 14:15

I was worried Liy wouldn't take no for an answer.

Raahh · 15/02/2021 14:17

Oh dear Gobby.

She could lose her job really for that, surely.

Raahh · 15/02/2021 14:19

Looks like she has come clean to Jimmi though.

RaspberryCoulis · 15/02/2021 14:21

Foster boy is going to attack his sister, isn't he? Nasty piece of work...

Raahh · 15/02/2021 14:28

Are the Gobbys still renting?
They have a nice garden.

Binglebong · 15/02/2021 14:55

Looks like The Doctor Detectives will spring into action tomorrow.

Any idea where Rupert has got to?

LIZS · 15/02/2021 15:43

@Raahh

Are the Gobbys still renting? They have a nice garden.
Curiously no mention of any progress following the flood at their home.
