Max worked there too didn’t he as some sort of blackmailer when he was set on getting revenge on everyone in the square.

Is Ian leaving/left? Somebody uptgreax said they were lining up the story for Ian to leave. I thought he was doing a Xmas show. They’d have made a huge deal surely if Adam had left, he’s one of the original cast members. Poor Kathy will have to summon him back from the dead!

Weylands was the company where Lauren and Max worked which was NOT IN THE SQUARE, but we've never heard of Phil having anything to do with chicken shops before as far as I can remember Confused

Yes Ben mentioned chicken shops recently before. How did Phil take over WB’s chicken shop empire. Didn’t his daughter say they were returning all the ill gained properties to the rightful owners? I remember Max going around with a bundle of title deeds at one stage although they would only have had title deeds if they had no mortgages on any of them. Only in EE!

Jack is kicking Max out of his house. He says Amy is too old to be sharing with her brother so he needs Max’s room. So I guess max needs to buy somewhere.

It’s the first time in EE history that someone has suggested the houses aren’t all Tardises (Tardii?) that expand according to need.

I think Adam Woodyatt is taking a sabbatical so he'll be leaving and coming back, so I don't think he's dead.

One way or another they are lining everything up for Ian to have a break. He's had time off before (when he went walkabout).

I doubt it was Sharon (although she has the most reason!) as I don't think they'd involve their longest serving characters in that story.

I'd be really annoyed if it turns out Peter has wound Bobby up to bump Ian off. Any the other potential culprits would be acceptable.

Bobby would be good I don't like new head Bobby or Peter so they can both go to jail for a really long time, or Tina cos she is pointless (as are all the Carter's except Shirl). Now I think about it they could cull half the cast and we would barely notice

They really stuck it to Tina last night about being a 50 year old teenager and never bothering with her own daughter. Both Ian and Mick cut her right down.

I know nothing about Ian's departure other than bits mentioned on here so no spoilers from me either - I agree re Bobby or Peter wouldn't miss either of them, but would be rubbish for Bobby to be sent daaaan for bashing another family member! Peter looked like he had a black eye but I doubt Ian could reach to punch him there! I'd quite like it to be Stuart reverting to his old ways but Raine wouldn't work without him. Unless maybe rainie left or goes straight back to coke or similar and Stuart attacks Ian as revenge?

Feels a bit like a scooby doo ending, maybe they all have a big punch-up in the vic with a biff 'I'm going to kill Ian' bash 'no I'm going to kill him' wallop 'no I hate him more than you!' Lol!

I think Bobby and Peter had a fight between themselves rather than either of them fighting with Ian.

Ian is shit at fighting so I can't imagine him giving anyone. Black eye or a nose bleed... how many of the suspects were uninjured other than bruised knuckles?

I assumed the writers were gearing up for Ian to vanish like he did before when he had financial problems.

Suki was making sure she was seen on the clubs CCTV having a drink at the bar so creating an alibi for herself. So she must need an alibi for something. If it’s her she’ll have gotten someone else to do her dirty work. Hopefully not Kheerat.

DD and I were totalling up the list of suspects of Who Has It In For Ian ... ( there are a lot )

And when he mentioned Tina's daughter , my DD was "Wait , Tina has a child" ?

Za-Za (sp) had long dark hair with blue , though Tina must've been really young when she had her .

The one who played Za Za was beautiful.
She was on it a long time ago but Tina wasn't around at the time it was Shirley who looked out for her. I think she also popped up in E20 spin off but I might be wrong.
Tina did have her very young : she had a her as a tiny baby when Stuart played that horrible stunt on her when she so about 16 or 17? Stuart really was evil back then.
Not sure who Za Za's dad was though.
