I thought when I first found this by accident it was another of those slightly feel good dramas usually broadcast in the afternoon as light relief.

But I think, despite its very glitzy look it is going to be bit darker than that.

First shown in the US some years ago, so dont google as it gives the plot away (spoiler for me ).

Have only watched 2 episodes and I may regret posting this.

But if you want stunning settings, glamourous clothes, red carpet shinanigans, and whatever lurks beneath! (And try and think who it might be based on?)

Not saying it has the depths of a Scandi Noir but with all this rain and not going out ...

Appreciate this recommendation- sounds like just the thing to get me through lockdown!

I was going to spend last night seeing how the plot developed but stupid Virgin catch up has repeated episode 2 but says it is 3!

Not sure why by when I try My5 it always crashes my pc, so may just have to skip 3 and hope the start of 4 helps me understand what has happened in the missing episode.

Downloaded it all, can't wait

Well I nearly gave up on this when I thought it was going down the porn path.

But then found nothing to watch early this week and finished it.

I think if I hadn't read some of the American reviews of which Hollywood star it is sort of based on I might have thought all a bit far fetched. But ... some of it did seem to fit.

But what an unpleasant place in terms of social media and fake news.

But glossy and not too demanding.

Though if plot is based on truth depressing.
