If I love Desperate Housewives and Sex in the City

I rewatched SATC a few years ago and I just started watching Desperate Housewives on Amazon Prime. It's really good! I watched it years ago but it was before the time of streaming and watching when you like so I think I watched the odd episode rather than whole series...

Anyway is there anything else you'd compare to these shows or that are as good?! I can't think of any...

There was "Girls" but I didn't watch that one and didn't fancy it.

Wasn't keen on SATC but loved DH. Very sharp.

When Felicity Huffman got caught a couple of years back cheating to get her Kids into some Ivy League uni, I think she bribed someone if memory serves, it reminded me of Lynette trying to get her naughty twins into a 'hot' school and making them dig a massive hole in the garden so they'd be too tired to run riot at interview..

Devious Maids is made by the same team as DH and is very similar in terms of tone and style.

Pretty Little Liars is like a teen version of DH. It's a bit high school drama for the first season but after that it becomes a lot more grown up.

I'm just on season two now so watched that recently. It is funny. The whole show is very funny and clever. I don't think much I've watched that's new compares.

I loved Pretty Little Liars

I have never heard of Devious Maids. I will look it up now

Working Moms is very good and I also enjoyed Good Girls.

The Bold Type (think it's on amazon Prime) looks quite good - quite graphic sex conversations so like a modern SATC

Why women kill. It is on alibi on sky. We loved it. Very DH. So funny.

I recently watched Why Women Kill it’s made by the makers of Desperate Housewives. Only 10 episodes but really addictive, I binge watched it in 2 days. It’s on Alibi

Haven't seen Working Moms or Good Girls but I cancelled Netflix recently.

I've seen Dead to Me (really enjoyed it) and Little Fires Everywhere (not as good as the book)

I'll look up Why Women Kill and The Bold Type as I have Sky snd Prime at the moment

I had the book of Lipstick Jungle but haven't seen the tv series anywhere. I'll look for it.

Selling Sunset was okay. Similar to Real Housewives and I've watched some of those
