Could not have it done at all let alone whilst awake - shocking that they would do Lipo on somebody who clearly didn't need it.

They're always like that. People have no idea how rough cosmetic surgeons are. They use hammers, drills and saws for nose jobs.

I grudgingly admit that that Laura girl looks good...

Elizabetth -somehow I imagined cosmetic surgery to be a bit more gentle and delicate but I couldn't have been more wrong.

I used to work on an orthopaedic ward so was aware of how rough that type of surgery is (you only have to look at the size of your average ortho surgeon!)

Yes Louis... She looks good but looks like every other cosmetically enhanced woman. Conformist is the word!

This is my point at no stage does there seem to be any in depth consulting with the patient looking at all implications involved in going ahead with surgery.

What I don't understand is that the people, inlcuding Laura and than guru-witch, all seem to want to look, well... like they've had surgery. They don't look normal. They look like they've been under the knife. Why would you want to look like that. The receptionist's tmmy, yes it looked flat. But it also looked completely unreal and featureless.
Loathe the plastic surgoen with the mulit-enhanced receptionist. What an arse.

These poor people seem to think that surgery will solve all their problems - give them self-esteem, mend relationships, make them feel loveable. Bloody tragic, in most cases.
They all end up looking faintly ridiculous and like plastic clones.
