@NC2021 it's not the club itself that I find shocking, it's the way they are happy to be filmed. And it does make you think "what if nobody wanted me?" and "what if someone kept trying to join in when they gave you the creeps?"

Wasn't what I expected at all.

It didn't seem seedy. The staff and hotel owner seemed pleasant and balanced. Everything was clean and spick and span.

It's just that it didn't seem much fun. One couple trotted off to bed without hooking up, another couple were left sat in the hot tub looking very deflated. The first timers getting 'left out' was cringe. But the most cringe was the shagging 70 year old trying to get in on the act with a couple who clearly did not want her there. And they then went off and had sex in their chalet like ordinary bods.

It was hardly the orgy they all seemed to expect.

Just read this article in the Daily Star from back in February. Is this about the programme that was just made? It sounds like it was about a different place.

I just don't understand how they didn't seem to care what their family, friends, nieghbours think of them. I would be mortified to have that on air and then nip on to the local shop or school pick up.

I found the couple with glasses a bit immature and trying too hard. She gave me the impression of a teen who Is willing to do anything to get some sexual attention( reminded me of someone I went to school with actually). This is much safer than meeting total strangers and going back to their place and there is no pretence. Not for me but I respect there are people out there who are into this.

The thing I couldn't understand was why the two young single people didn't just go out to a night club and cop off with someone. It would be interesting to know whether they met up again, but it didn't sound like it.

I’ve just started watching this and the thing that has shocked me the most so far is that they are only washing the towels and sheets at 40 degrees. Given the action those beds see I’d expect a 60 degree minimum!

They've all got deep rooted insecurity issues.

Siobahn (older lady) clearly messed up by being raped and trying to take the power back in the sexual sense but failing badly.

Justin and his wife with the moustache, just not into eachother but not willing to end things, clearly didn't get any action as the other 2 couples probably wondered if she had a penis too.

Just watched it. Disturbing stuff as most of the people seemed messed up in some way. Can't believe that is supposed to be the premiere Swingers club as I did think the venue was very seedy and as far from a sexy environment as I can imagine. However further thought makes it obvious why it's all wipe clean rather than sumptuous velvets and furs. And 4 star hotel my arse.

Almost as sad and freaky as the dogging show which had such memorable dialogue as, 'touch my tit', 'no. I wanna go home'. Still they aren't hurting anyone other than themselves.

The one who got upset I felt like were there to fulfill a hole in her life but very obviously
