Anyone remember this or know what it was called or when it was aired? It was definitely in the last 10-15 yrs...I vividly remember them saying at the start it was quite controversial or may deal with an uncomfortable aspect or something like that. It involved profiling cities by groups, and profiling by crime type etc?
