Anyone else watching this yet? I saw the first one yesterday.

I like Whitney ('plus' size model) and another one whose name I can't remember but she had a 7 month old baby!!!

Very sad that Jael gone. Thought she was great value. Jasleen is a bit odd looking I think - looks like a man in drag sometimes. Although I admit she can look stunning in her photos. I like Brit - but reckon all her talk of her short term memory loss was a bit much.

I agree that the series with Yohanna was the best - but have you seen her now?! Blimey.

And if anyone DARES tell me who wins I will have to kill them.

The only ANTM contestant I have ever seen in an ad has been Amanda (I'm legally blind) for Wrangler jeans. Yes it did mention in the ad she was legally blind as well!

Think I have confused her with someone else - I thought she had been on some reality thing in the USA and married someone marginally famous?? But as I say I think I have her completely muddled with someone else. Am scared to look to much into it via google for fear of stumbling across who whins series 8!

Ah growly you are thinking of the one who won series one (1!) She married one of the Brady Bunch and was on tv 'though I didn't watch it.

She is never shown on the ANTM credits at the beginning so I don't think she appreciated her start much then.

yes jael was soo druggy looking, jaslene is defo odd looking but manages good photo shoot,
natasha must had her lips done, a bit much.
i always liked brittany although her hair is mess most of the times

Only me still watching this then? Was certain Natasha had blown it this week but poor old Dionne went.

Final next week. I reckon the blond will win - and similarly to previous winners, go on to modelling mediocrity!

Would love to know what has happened to previous winners actually. They should do a follow up show with them all.

Well, I have been watching season 9 and finally see this year how planned out and fixed the whole thing is. I've finally learned the skill of telling who is going to be eliminated by picking up on whos faults they are talking about and who is doing the talking each episode.

For my money, Natasha was the better model.

agree. I so wanted natasha to win. But, jaslene definitely had the better body.
It was pretty obvious to me that renee was pulled by covergirl. I am pretty sure she would have gone on to win otherwise, much as i thought she was a total bitch.

I'm surprised that you both think that Natasha was better. She certainly improved a lot, but I don't think it came as naturally to her as to Jaslene, and there won't be loads of people around to give her all the direction she has been having once she is out on her own as a top model.

Was also shocked to see Renee go, though did totally see their reasons, and I actually wasn't very keen on her CG photo.

Must look out for the special then - is it on at the same time next week?

I think that Jaslene had some amazing photos but I didn't think that she was very commercial. Tyra Banks can pretend that they are looking for an edgy model, but when your sponsors are Cover Girl and Seventeen Magazine, I don't think so.....

This years is AWFUL. The girl that won...well, total set up. She is terrible.

The thing is, from what I have read on US forums discussing the girls post-ANTM, you have almost no chance of being a successful model if you win the show. It is supposed to be the kiss of death for your career.

Did anyone notice that there's going to be Next Top Model special on Christmas Day? I can just see how that's going to work......no dinner this year, peeps, ATM's on.
