Just finished. Found the last half an hour unbearable and was surprised a spanner wasn’t thrown in the works right at the end!

Gutted about Justin, I found that quite harrowing!

In the last bit, after they graduated Jessica asked ani where her mum was and felt it like she was lying when she said working....I thought there was something going on there but then never mentioned

I guess after all the many many tragic storylines the show has had they wanted to end on a high!

Justin dying was so hard to watch

I don't remember that bit about Ani's mum - is she maybe still ill then? I thought Ani had said she was doing better, but maybe she lied..

I’m a bit disappointed that 13RW didn’t use their massive platform to show that turning your life around is possible and HIV doesn’t always mean AIDS and death.

I actually felt the opposite. Many people seem to assume that HIV is no big deal these days and is easy to live with. I was surprised to read that around 13,000 people are still dying every year in the US due to AIDS. It's so preventable, but as they said in the program, many people don't seek help due to their personal circumstances.

Was Mackenzie missing from this season? I thought she and Cyrus were twins. It seemed odd that all these randoms turned up to graduation, but she wasn't there, but maybe the actress left to work on other stuff. It always made smile with the constantly changing jocks in 13 RW.

Actually I agree with you about the HIV thing - it doesn't seem such a death sentence these days as there's much better treatment, so having Justin die from it was quite an eye-opener.

Yes I didn't see Mackenzie this season but didn't see much of Cyrus either! Was quite confused about graduation because there were lots of people not graduating whom I thought were in the same year as Clay and the others - and we saw Courtney and Ryan again, why? Had they moved School and come back for their friends' graduation? Or are they still at liberty but in a different year? Quite confusing!
