just watched Torn but my telly went on the blink during the phonecall from the police woman to the Mother. Can anyone tell me what she said please? Just wandering what made her realise the girl might be Alice. Thanks

she had a birthmark on her arm, where she'd just had a tattoo!

She asked whether she had any distinguishing marks - she had a birthmark on her left shoulder - which was where the bandage was.

the tattoo on the arm- alice had a birthmark there and the tattoo hid it.

Enjoyed this programme, but thought it was a bit slow. Wonder how they are going to fill another two episodes.

I enjoyed it too. It really made me think if i'd recognise my four year old if I didn't see her for six years, like it said in the prog I can't imagine ever looking into her eyes and not recognising her.
