The Middle on Amazon Prime is very similar and very funny. I can recommend that if you can't watch Malcolm in the Middle

I came on to say 4Music are starting from scratch but I've been beaten to it 😀.

I loved the episode with Reese having a driving lesson, and he wound up driving off with girl who was also having a lesson and he had a slow speed police chase with helicopters on the local news 😂
Also loved the one with Hals company picnic. Absolute genius.

The episode where they set it up as though it's about race and the card group. So well done. I was so happy to catch the pilot episode today.

Brilliant episode!

When Hal was in court ( the Friday thing!) and Lois has a breakdown and makes pigs out of milk bottles 😂

I loved this too, great to watch with my teenage son. My favourite episode is the one were the fabulous 50's bunker is under the sand pit.

I loved the episode where Lois imagines she had all girls instead of boys. Hal stress eats all the way through it and the girls wrap him around their fingers.

My favourite was the one where Lois crashed the car and she’s convinced it wasn’t her fault but there is video footage that shows it was. The boys find more footage that shows the other car did a U-turn so it wasn’t her after all but they don’t tell her as it’s the first time she was ever wrong.

And the one where Reece cooks thanksgiving dinner.

I loved this show. It was a very clever show. It was one of the shows my whole family watched together when I was growing up. Cheers, Married With Children and The Fresh Prince of Bel Air were the others. Dewey was my favourite 😂

I really like The Middle and Modern Family as well.

I love this programme. So many brilliantly funny episodes. Lois' mum being such an evil grandma. And when they find that an old cluttered cupboard was another bathroom. I can't wait to rewatch it 😁. Also love the roller skating episode, the tiki time bunker and the speed walking. So many hilarious moments 🤣

I loved the flashbacks where you saw Lois and Hal living in a cool apartment and dressed really well. I always think of that when I look around my child ravaged home.

Lois's ballroom dancing where she thought she was fabulous at it and then saw a recording of how awful she was!

The one where Lois is sick and delirious in bed and the boys hatch an elaborate plan to hide a bad letter about Francis. Omg the lengths they all go to and Francis even enlists his old mates - just for Dewey to hide it under Lois' pillow 😂.

Yes, I also loved Home Improvement with Tim Allen.
