Series with good romances /chemistry but good plot?

Can anyone recommend anything to watch? I'm living through fictional romances at the moment. Im struggling to watch something that has really good romances with good chemistry, but actually have a good story too and not too soppy.
Any that people recommend I've usually watched

Gossip Girl if you've not seen it. I avoided it for years because I thought it would be crap and too teenagery but I loved it. One of the best romances I've seen in a series in a long time. I also loved Jane The Virgin.

Outlander and Poldark from the UK. Chicago Fire from the US.

@EineReiseDurchDieZeit the episode with Anne Hathaway was just amazing. I still think about it and I watched it at the end of last year. But I agree the other episodes were also great

Scandal is fabulous. It's on Amazon Prime. Very plot driven but ongoing will they/won't they affair rumbling away in the background.

I’m rewatching our girl and the new season that is on now it’s on I player I absolutely love it

Scandal is great for the relationship/romance, it's racy and plot driven
Sex in the city it's worth researching for the 10th time
Sex Education is great
