Apologies if there is already a thread on this..
Has anyone watched the new version on fox? I found it so engaging. I don’t think I came up for breath during either of the first two episodes. So far I’m so impressed! X

I have .... I think. Not wishing to give away spoilers but is this the French/USA adaptation with the female astrophysicist, and Elizabeth McGovern.
Really enjoyed it as a different take on the original story.
I did read somewhere there is yet another version in production

I liked it. Very nicely shot - they spent a lot of money! - and so much more interesting than the recent BBC faithful adaptation.

I started watching this when I was doing the ironing but I turned off because of the subtitles. I can’t iron and read subtitles and my french is too rusty. Does it carry on in french? If not I may start it again.
