Missed some episodes, just catching up on Monday's episode. Why is he looking so shifty about whitney? Is he fitting her up or something?

i think i missed the same episodes as I am confused too. was wondering if he might be hiding something about his qualifications or is practising unlawfully or something? Dunno, ....anyone know?
