Thank you @TitsInAbsentia I am ok right now but it's hell when you're going through it and I can totally see why people think there's no way out or when things might seem like theyd be better if you're not around. You have to be incredibly strong to muddle on and usually very quietly without anyone knowing.

I know we r x posting. But this is the root of the problem. Many of us have and do feel despair and more. Many of us ask and reach. Yet we still feel alone. Abandoned. Even if someone tells us they care, we dont hear it. And sometimes those we think care do not reach out as we had hoped they might.
It's so much more than being kind, than reaching out, than asking for help. I dont know what the answer is. Being there for a chat and being there physically is maybe the difference. I know when I was desperate, it was being physically held and both of us sobbing that made the difference.

I have never felt close to ending my life and I might not know what any of you are dealing with but I’ve had the toughest year of my life after losing my DD and I know how isolating it can be if you’re in a bad place and can’t see things getting better and people let you down. I wouldn’t want anyone to feel alone and hopeless.
