Anyone watching? Really made me laugh 😂

@LIZS I agree. I’ve seen The Play That Goes Wrong and The Comedy About a Bank Robbery in London and loved them. Peter Pan was brilliant too. I was so excited to watch these and have enjoyed them but one every week just feels like too much, I can’t even put my finger on why, too samey maybe? I have episode 5 still to watch, think I’ll wait a couple of months and then watch that and the last episode.

Still love Dave Hearn though!

I cried laughing through the court one!
They're so funny

cushioncovers · 29/01/2020 23:32

The court one is my favourite

It's my favourite too, probably because I find it has different things going on to the usual going wrong. Very clever with the changing set and the perseverence in using the smaller set is hilarious.

iklboo · 30/01/2020 19:01

I am thee dirrrrectorrrrr Grin

LizzieSiddal · 30/01/2020 19:04

I love the humour.

In Nov I went to see their new one- Groan Ups - my goodness I ached with laughter- there was a man in front of my crying with laughter. Grin

bringincrazyback · 30/01/2020 19:06

I've seen two of their full-length plays and they're brilliant, the timing is amazing. I quite like the series but the plays are better imho.

iklboo · 30/01/2020 19:14

@LizzieSiddal - that's touring near us later this year. Think I'll book tickets for us.

DrMadelineMaxwell · 30/01/2020 21:24

It's here in Chester in Sept and I booked it knowing it has mixed reviews, so glad you found it funny, Lizzie.

Puffinhead · 31/01/2020 14:09

@LizzieSiddal, Groans Up is being played at my local theatre later on in the year. Was thinking of taking my DDs for their 13th and 15th birthday- do you think it’d be suitable? (They LOVE the tv show)

LizzieSiddal · 31/01/2020 16:13

@PuffinHead, yes I think your DDs will they'll love it.

SoupDragon · 31/01/2020 16:15

DD and I were crying at the period drama with the horse. Especially at the horse.

Gazelda · 31/01/2020 16:32

Go to see Magic Goes Wrong in the West End if you can. It's bloody brilliant. They wrote it with Penn & Teller.

cushioncovers · 31/01/2020 16:32

That horse was hilarious 😂

We are enjoying them here. Teen dd, in particular loves them, and really enjoyed The Show that goes Wrong on a drama trip a few years back. We went to see Peter Pan goes Wrong at the theatre this week, which was great.

Puffinhead · 31/01/2020 17:13

@LizzieSiddal, thanks! It’ll make a good birthday present for them.

LIZS · 31/01/2020 21:20

Funniest yet tonight!

mogloveseggs · 01/02/2020 09:52

Convinced teen dd to watch one with me and ds.
We then had to watch the whole series in one go! Trip to London on the cards me thinks

fairyfingers · 01/02/2020 20:21

Love this - all 4 of us and my mum! Last nights with the sets at 90 degrees was incredible

I may see if anything is coming our way live as we do love it so.

turnedabout · 01/02/2020 20:27

I love the Xmas one where the 2 elves are supposed to sing a song and do s dance together but one elf got stuck in the chimney so other elf had to do it alone, doing high fives and jumps without anyone to catch them. So funny

UtterlyPerfectCartoonGiraffe · 01/02/2020 22:17

I’ve loved this series! I have laughed so hard at these, and the courtroom one had me in actual tears. Me and the kids still occasionally look at each other and repeat “living room.. living room.. living room..”
I hope they’re able to do more of these in the future.

Joans3rddaughter · 01/02/2020 22:19

It must be me. I think it is absolute garbage.

SpanishFly · 01/02/2020 23:38

I thought last night's was the poorest 😳

Puffinhead · 02/02/2020 13:33

@SpanishFly, I agree with you.

SpanishFly · 02/02/2020 13:36

@Puffinhead yeah, I just didn't really laugh at any of it this week, whereas the others we've laughed out loud throughout
