Meghan did a pretty good job of filling JHuds mahoosive empty spot (fuckin loved JHud, can you tell?). But felt there was less spontaneity amongst the judges (more stages) & fewer singers.

DH was not aware voice was on and told me we could not watch that AND The Masked Singer which he had taped and that there 'is too much on' to watch it all. So, I will be sneakily watching it at some point today. He didn't look too impressed when I told him I would be missing out on my favourite MN thread...

Well, as expected, I fell asleep as this started , so will catch up with the programme/thread when I can. I msut say that 3 hours of bad music tv is pushing even my limits .

I think next week I will give the Masked one a swerve. .

Reading thread whilst watching now. I hate this trend of girls singing in these odd voices : very indistinct and nasal...

The actor from the hangover drives me insane I’m on the masked singer thread too. These programmes are much more entertaining with wine 🍷 but I am day 11 I to dry January and it’s not easy

I have decided not to do Dry January, I always find it easier to stop drinking when I don't need to- and I actually went a week or so without anyway. So I will have a vodka for you .

I have done a whole series of the Voice without a drink- and that was painful. I think I had a drink on the actual final (it was my sister's 40th).
