Music, don't give up! I've done a few dry months ( not just Jan) and it's ok.
I did feel better for it and I'm not a big drinker but I like one on the weekend.

It is harder than it sounds for a month but as time goes on you forget about the alcohol completely. Weekends I found hardest but it can be done!
