Newly single, kids have left for their dad’s, Friend who was coming has disappeared and I’m all alone. I have something fluey but time is hanging heavy in my hands (& head)
Please can you recommend something light hearted but not too fantasy-ish , I love romcom fluff, I have terrestrial, prime and Netflix as well as the main three catch ups. I love drama and intrigue but I need everything to be really simple as am poorly with stress and heartbreak and something weird and viral!

Have you watched Bonus Family? It’s subtitled (Swedish) but a very watchable series.

Nope! I don’t mind subtitles, I watched a fab French series recently. What’s it on?

Not light hearted nor cosy but if dark and funny is what you are looking for I'm currently watching series one of nighty night on iplayer. Also alone for Xmas eve and Xmas morning, my kid is with her dad for the first time. I have wine and crisps. Will watch the final Christmas carol later tonight

Hahahahaha @dingdang nighty night is fucking FANTASTIC ! Dark af but absolutely brilliant, me and my friend did an all night binge of nighty night before she left to live abroad, very fond memories.
Sending love, I’ve just done a Chinese and finished of the tub of quality streets. And on the gin. Probably shouldn’t drink as feeling very viral but what the hey!
