Just searched for a thread and can’t find one yet... anyone watching tonight?

Will they scream/cry/bitch/sleep/shower and dress up in silly clothes.

Or will they do it in a different order this year? Grin

OP posts:
unique1986 · 23/11/2019 22:15

I think James is a control freak.

CakeNinja · 23/11/2019 22:16

Myles has been quiet the last couple of days, or at least just not shown much.

MamaRaisingBoys · 23/11/2019 22:21

I liked tonight’s episode, lots of singing/dancing and generally felt like a bit more going on

user764329056 · 23/11/2019 22:23

Seems to be taking a long time to warm up this year

derxa · 23/11/2019 22:30

I love Ian for being a great footballer.

TrySleepingWithABrokenHeart · 23/11/2019 22:32

I agree @user764329056. I think it’s because of what @unique1986 said about it taking a week to have all the camp mates together.

itswinetime · 23/11/2019 22:35

I'm disappointed we are seeing JJ do the trial again she will whine and moan and then pull through we have seen it I want to see more of the others Andrew, Nadine change it up.

LoseLooseLucy · 23/11/2019 22:40

I love Ian for being a great footballer.

Me too, I'm not really minding him griping a bit because I've always been a fan.

TrySleepingWithABrokenHeart · 23/11/2019 22:42

I think Ian will do alright because he will have built a big & very loyal fan base. I would imagine someone like miles might go early doors, although he seems lovely.

Honeyroar · 23/11/2019 22:47

I’m just disappointed that we’re not seeing JJ being voted off!

SpiderCharlotte · 24/11/2019 07:34

I think the first three to leave will be JJ, Adele, Myles.

soupforbrains · 24/11/2019 08:01

I just don't find JJ annoying like most people here. I get that the crying is a pain but I think if I was in there and hungry and tired I'd cry a lot.

I also don't see the mean streak that some seem to see in James. I really like him I think he is polite and kind. They do keep showing the clip of him telling Ian to 'put his lip away' which out of context does seem mean but I don't think it was. It followed the motivational cv it chat between the three guys and Ian immediately after said 'you're right, you're right'

I find Caitlyn interesting when the others talk to her about transitioning and the things behind it and how it changed things with the 'kids' and such but the rest of her personality really grates on me.

I also don't like Ian's selfish streak, and his tantrums about food are going to wear thin fast if the camp don't keep up their streak of winning plenty of stars.

I dislike Adele but I don't know why...

I pretty much like everyone else. Agree with PP who said that Myles seems nice but a bit boring/hasn't had much screen time. Kate is lovely in camp but drives me mad the moment she has to do anything because she's so crap. Glad we saw Nadine have to do something last night, I was expecting her to be terrible but was very impressed actually.

Now we'll get into some 'proper' trials (I hope) maybe we'll see them a big hungrier and tested more. I wonder who will be the first celeb to say IACGMOOH?

CakeNinja · 24/11/2019 08:55

I also don’t find JJ annoying, agree that she’s tired, hungry, emotional and probably homesick and missing her kids Confused
I’m sure there are others crying and it’s just not been televised. We just don’t know.
I’d be exactly the same, mainly okay with moments of despair.

I haven’t warmed to Caitlin or Adele and find Andrew strange but likeable.

As for the others, they’re alright. I like Kate and James is my favourite to win at the moment.

floatygoat · 24/11/2019 09:23

I don't find JJ annoying because she cries. She's annoying because she's rude and has an offputting manner about her.

PrincessHoneysuckle · 24/11/2019 09:33

Someone I know said that she met Andy on holiday and he was really angry and miserable when people asked for selfies etc.He was on holiday with his family apparently so probably pissed off that people were being intrusive.I think he seems like a lovely genuine lad from what I've seen

PrincessHoneysuckle · 24/11/2019 09:34

@BanoffeeTart I read that Joe swash wanted to stay at home as hes got a new baby

bluebell34567 · 24/11/2019 09:47

of course JJ cries, she is chosen for the trials most of the time.
after a certain number of trials a member should be exempt from being voted for. that way others can get a chance to do a trial.

bluebell34567 · 24/11/2019 09:48

its not fair.

bottlenose301 · 24/11/2019 09:53

My favourite is Ian because I've always like him. I like that he has a personality and yes can get moany about the food but if you remember in his playing days he was quite an emotional player, and always wore his heart on his sleeve. So I'm not surprised by him as yet.

I don't dislike anyone yet.

I like Caitlin too and James seems level headed.

Peanutbatter · 24/11/2019 09:56

Interesting in Extra Camp that Emily Atack said she wasn't allowed to take pictures in but was given a tangle teaser as an option and she said OK then, that could be a bit of a game changer as we've seen with Adele. Ant, Dec & co presenters seemed a bit confused too.

FrivolousPancake · 24/11/2019 12:17

Did anyone else think James and Nadine seemed very coupley cosy?

itswinetime · 24/11/2019 12:17

Adele's girlfriend has already said you can't take anything in the same as other people. I don't know what order they let the celebs pick but say once James picked a nice pillow no one else could.

It's not that surprising really they bring the same stuff year after year and it's never what I would bring or think useful. Like some brings a camera every year the whole thing is being recorded why would you want 10 badly taken poloroids 🤷🏻‍♀️ Or the inflatable chair that pops every year. I'm starting to feel this year that maybe the whole format needs a rest it's missing something I think.

woodhill · 24/11/2019 12:29

Yes very tired. Same predictable trials and stupid survey questions

soupforbrains · 24/11/2019 13:56

I've been thinking about the luxury items. And what I would pick,

I think boredom is actually the biggest issue in there, so I was thinking I'd bring lawn quoits or jenga or a pack of cards or something.

Everycloud12 · 24/11/2019 14:06

Nadine had the worst trial yesterday and did really well. She seems like a very pleasant person.

I agree that the whole thing seems rather boring. I'd prefer trials that were more physical or needed some kind of problem solving. The eating trials and holding creatures in mouths is very boring.

A bit of conflict in camp always makes it more interesting for me which is a bit disturbing. I hope it's just human nature and not an indication that I have psychological issues.
