I'm not usually into documentaries like this but thought it was stunning and really interesting - anyone else see it?

Yes, it was brilliant, wasn't it? 20 years ago I backpacked through a couple of the areas high up in the Indian Himalayas and to Varanasi and I thought the programme captured the essence of the regions really well. You really could watch the series again and again and get something out of it. I think the overall India and Pakistan season has been good, tbh.

Damn missed it, and I did my exam on the spirituality of the Ganges in may as well

Stunninga rea, sadl;y all the Uni trips are over Christmas which rather wipes that out as a Mother, but WILL go one day!
