All these massive lipoma removals done under local. God!

Lots are done under local in the UK too.

Not those 12" buggers! Seriously! People with foot long lipomas.

Bet they never had an ultrasound (yep, lipoma; or 🤔 let's get an MRI... yep, a lipoma 😉). But in she goes.

You'd never get a 12" lipoma removed under local in the NHS!

You'd either not get it removed at all 'it's a lipoma'. Or under GA.

Yes! Some of those people have developed problems that would have been dealt with straight away on the NHS. I expect you just don’t see lumps and bumps of that size very often in the UK.

Most of these people explain they are scared, couldn’t afford or havent wanted to be treated for one reason or another. So many people complain they are turned away by the nhs and must deal with cysts/lipomas privately (£££)

Thank god for the NHS? I thought they didn’t bother removing anything ‘cosmetic’ these days? You’d be lucky to get it done ‘only’ under local. Of course, the psychological effects of the ‘cosmetic’ issue are completely ignored....
