I was wondering how Bernice was going to leave when she was marrying the drippy doctor. I was hoping he would be going too, but sadly not. So they invent another spur of the moment nonsensical departure story, just like Megan and countless others before them.

I don't know why they do these last minute exits but it might be worse if it was drawn out as we have learned over the summer!

I like Liam. I think the actor is really versatile.

I'm so gutted for Bernice that yet again her chances of happiness have been dashed. They so should have had her exit being a wonderful one. Now all I can think of is that she'll be sobbing for evermore.

It is a shame but Bernice is very resilient. I hope she lets Liam know she's not coming back and not leave him hanging on. I'll miss her a lot.

Didn't realise Bernice was leaving for good. Dee Dee's accent is dreadful. Sounds cockney like with the occasional dreadful Aussie accent thrown in.

Dropped off the thread. Seems I must have missed an episode. Will have to catch up. Can't imagine how they've come up with a reason for Bernice to go all of a sudden.
Wasn't she complaining at Diane moving with Victoria down to the south coast or something? (why didn't they actually move BTW? Now Roberts in prison and Bernice has gone there is no family left to stay for, and it would be great to get rid of Victoria. I can't stand any more scenes with her and Wendy).
