I hope nobody else gets pregnant for at least five years but I think I said that last year! Emmerdale babies are the cutest though.

That's what they will make us Jane but it will be David's. If Jacob isn't the father we can have more agonising from Jacob about how he can't bring up his brother as his own (even though David is not Jacob's bio dad). If Jacob is the father it will fuel his determination to be with Maya and surely Emmerdale doesn't want to go down that route.

But if it is Jacob's then it will prove that Maya had sex with him. She only got sent down for inappropriate texts. So she may pretend it's David's to avoid that.

If maya has a single shred of decency about her she would disappear and never let either D or J known baby existed at all. It would be the best out come for all of them including the baby!

But of course that won’t happen.

My money is on David for daddy.

It'll be David's because that way we have him trying to play nice/ be civil and coparent with his stepsons abuser while jacob makes more tortured faces.
It also gives another chance for Maya to get closer to/ groom/ abuse Jacob.

Or she'll make believe the baby is either David's or Jacobs but it will be neither. Random villager or ex-husband to mess up the wedding with Bernice.

David is infertile though, so it must be Jacob’s. I think she’ll say it’s David’s and David will say he’s infertile, so Maya will be imprisoned again and Jacob will get the baby.

I just remembered Tracy got pregnant by David so he's not infertile.

Amba is his child too but I can’t remember if she was conceived before or after his cancer. I think before.

I’m guessing the baby will be David’s and David will want contact, Maya will get caught being in touch with Jacob and get sent back to prison, so David will have baby and Jacob won’t be able to accept it and will run away.

I’ve thought that about Lydia so many times but she never leaves so I’m assuming it’s just belly rather than bump.
