It REALLY pissed me off that she was pregnant again.
I think it did a fantastic portrayal of how desperate someone feels after having a horrific birth and deciding that actually one is enough and weren't we lucky to have both made it and how that is rarely portrayed.
The whole point of the show was that motherhood isn't all moonlight and roses and it's really bloody hard .
Then, ta da happy Disney ending and she's pregnant again and every thing is all hunky dory.
What the hell was all the chat about her not being able to have further children and it wasn't a risk either of them were willing to take?
