...outside Westminster?

It sounds as if it is being played on a xylophone, over and over again. It was playing yesterday, during all the live segments from Westminster on the BBC News, and it is still playing!

At first I thought it was someone’s ringtone, but it just went on and on - and it is still playing!

I am not the only person who can hear this, am I? If I am going to get delusions, I want better ones than songs from the shows, played on a fecking xylophone!

Sure it's not the bagpipe guy?

Sounds like a Glockenspiel and is definitely annoying!

It is driving me CRAZY !!
Earlier,it was the theme tune to Tony Hart's gallery

Here's the glockenspiel man. Apparently he was wearing shorts. I had wondered if the glockenspiel was strategically placed but I suppose the Met would have moved him on if he'd been nude as well as deeply irritating.
