That’s very true, ILoveYou. Good point!

Hopefully Ovie, Chris and Greg can start their own group. I’d happily watch them 3 all day, they don’t even have to speak.

Serenajoy1 · 23/07/2019 23:17

Noooo India won't go there. She has it in the bag with Ovie. What a shame we can't vote for individuals to win! Love Ovie & Maura but neither Curtis or India deserve to win

itswinetime · 23/07/2019 23:17

Greg seems to hang out with India and Harley from what we see I don't think he is in with the boys. Chris is you classic in-betweener I don't think he has a group as such.

Sagradafamiliar · 23/07/2019 23:20

I can't be that only one who isn't surprised about Jordan. Everyone bigging him up after Casa Amor saying he took it so well and handled it with dignity...he was laid back about it because he wasn't invested in Anna on a personal level. She could've been anyone he just needed a partner to play the game with.

PutYourBackIntoit · 23/07/2019 23:21

Desperate for Greg and Amber action!! 😬

Amibeingnaive · 23/07/2019 23:27

Does anyone actually buy this? Really?

Quite aside from anything else - why does nobody ever say 'Um' or 'er' when delivering a dramatic monologue?

MajesticWhine · 23/07/2019 23:28

I voted for Chris and Harley - because the sorry toast was cute and he did seem genuinely sorry.

absofuckinglutley · 23/07/2019 23:29

I've gone right off LI the last few days. It just feels so staged and set up. I have not watched before so maybe that's how it is. I love Ovie but no sure about India yet, same with Chris and Harley, love Chris but not keen on Harley. Gone right off both Curtis and Maura and never liked anton and belle so no clue who should win. Tommy and MM too predictable.

Amibeingnaive · 23/07/2019 23:33

They don't even keep a straight face.

RainbowPanda · 23/07/2019 23:35

Jordan has been a prize dick for sure, but Amber also handled post-Casa Amor well and with dignity. Would you say she wasn't invested in Michael?

RainbowPanda · 23/07/2019 23:36

I voted Chris! He's my absolute favourite 🥰

Amibeingnaive · 23/07/2019 23:37

My theory: either this is a challenge for some sort immunity from the next dumping OR the producers, knowing Anna and Jordan know they haven't a cats chance in hell of taking it home, have thrown them a cash bonus to execute this scene.

Pretty sure Maura and Curtis are in on it as well, being the conduits.

OkPedro · 23/07/2019 23:39

I can’t be the only one not believing this?! It felt completely set up and scripted.. I hate that I have to watch till the end #imnotaquitter Grin

Pricedrop · 23/07/2019 23:40

Amibeingnaive 'um' and 'er' have been replaced by 'like' haven't they, in yoof-speak

Whisky2014 · 23/07/2019 23:40

I'm ignoring all the boring conspiracy theorists. Zzz It's fucking love island. Jeez hardly world changing.

Chilledout11 · 23/07/2019 23:41

Do you think they get given a cash bonus for scenes? Hmm... I think Jordan was fed up of her moaning and bitchy behaviour and India is new and stunning.

Sagradafamiliar · 23/07/2019 23:41

Rainbow that was a completely different scenario
Amber was dignified to Michael's face and didn't kick up a fuss but she was gutted and was honest about that whereas Jordan didn't raise an eyebrow nor did he seem phased at all by Anna picking Ovie

Amibeingnaive · 23/07/2019 23:43

The third theory is that A & J, realising they're done for anyway, have cooked up this tableau in order to better monetise their exit - the OK interviews where they labour over every deta their heartbreak, followed swiftly by the news of their reunion and inevitably, at some point the announcement of their engagement. Probably both wearing white, reclining on a bed. Amber will be chief bridesmaid. Michael the best man.

Sagradafamiliar · 23/07/2019 23:44

Jordan was never genuine with Anna, they coupled up straightaway and he didn't even speak to anyone else. Convenient. Now everyone is shocked.

I'd have liked India to confirm, 'yes he was trying to crack on with me just then' although probably not wise in the moment and it will soon come out anyway.

Amibeingnaive · 23/07/2019 23:51

Call me a conspiracy theorist but I actually buy them as a couple. That's why I don't believe they'd switch like this.

Even if you believe Jordan is a game player, it makes not logical sense to make a play for the newest, blandest girl in there. How would he win favour with this sudden U-turn toward a girl whose favourite fruit may or may not be a banana?

I believe he likes Anna. I also believe she likes him. I don't believe this would erupt in a matter of hours, even if he were making a grab for the cash. She seemed more ruffled by the public perception than him. And if he really were open to exploring the situation with India, wouldn't he put the feelers our first, rather than disclosing all to Curtis (not a man known for his discretion). Even the line 'I've found the location of my head. It's in India'. I mean COME ON.

TheRLodger · 23/07/2019 23:54

Love the title Wink
Gaah someone dared to ring during the last 20 minutes so missed the last part of episode. Will catch up tomorrow

historysock · 23/07/2019 23:55

Agreed amibeingnaive...there is something not right about it

3luckystars · 24/07/2019 00:01

Isn't it hard watching someone being gaslit (If that's the word) on tv. I remember on Falcon Crest years ago, I was a big fan of Angela Channing but her daughter in law Melissa (married to Lance) well she hated her, and she used to twist things and made out Melissa was imagining things too. I suppose it gets to me because I am a bit of a fool, and I think in that position I wouldn't be as copped on as Anna and would come across as a really gulable eejit.

It probably has been done to most people, but not for the world to see. That Jordan is a right bollix.

itswinetime · 24/07/2019 00:07

I don't believe for one second Ann's or Maura were in on that no way they could act that well.

I don't know what has gone through Jordan's head although Whisky's theory earlier makes the most sense to me. But there is no way a show with the history of love island around mental health would set up or script anyone to be the villain like Jordan is right now! In fact everything they have done this year has been to minimise negative reactions for islanders when they leave. The show is getting good ratings they aren't going to jeopardise everything for this.

Jourdan is a dick he fooled Anna he fooled the islanders he fooled most of us...just because we want another answer doesn't mean there is one!

OkPedro · 24/07/2019 00:08

whiskey2014 Exactly! It is only love island so there shouldn’t be a need for scripts and set ups.. one thing I don’t take seriously in life is love island 😆
