Love Ovie, don't see why people see him as American? (Except for his sport)

He's a true British gent, has such quiet wisdom. He's integrated himself into the group and earned everyone's respect by being laid back and genuine.

I think a lot of this years contestants are very blah blah boring, with a few exceptions: Ovie, Maura, Chris (and I also like Amber...but I may just be fond of her because of her struggle in there)

Really agree tommy and MM are the Poundland version of jack & danni (who were not believable on the outside at all) I don't see anything real there, MM looks so incredibly bored with him.

One of Ovie's best qualities is his ability to just listen. When he was talking to Amber about Michael he just quietly listened for ages and let her get it off her chest. Such an underrated skill. He wasn't just waiting for his turn to speak which so many people do. It has such a calming effect.

Well anyone who doesn’t like Ovie just means LESS COMPETITION FOR ME! Just need to clear it with DP, do we think he’ll be happy to take on a slightly pudgy forty something with a three month old?

I also love Chris, he’s so funny! So today they will have second dates with the girls (Ovie and new brunette could really click) plus we’ll see Amber and maybe Maura on a date with Greg? I don’t think Greg is Amber’s type but maybe she’ll be #openminded after all the shit she’s had from Michael.

I hope everyone starts being nice to each other now!

And they really stand out as the loveliest, funniest guys. As Sharedblueplanet said - he listened to Amber, then he gave (the first!) really good advice, without winding her up, but made her feel stronger. Then he genuinely had her back, chatting to Michael, drawing out of him what he'd done wrong in a way that didn't wind him up and not making any drama or letting anyone know he'd helped. Perferct. And Chris, had a genuine chat with Francesca about Curtis, where he really seemed to want to know if she's ok, not just gossip.

Either they should have their own spin off, where they put them in a winter ski resort to find love/ just mooch around, or they should send them to negotiate Brexit for us.

I’m also loving Chris, he’s gorgeous and so funny, the way he was trying to get India to say he was good looking. Properly makes me laugh. And I love the hair, don’t care.

I think Ovie’s vine is really chilled and he speaks so slowly, think maybe that’s where the American idea comes in?

India seemed nice enough, but just another identikit model. Like that she tried to convince him she was a puppeteer but how much better would it have been if she actually was?! Bloody page 3 model, can’t we have some more women with actual jobs on here as some sort of inspiration for our girls that you can be beautiful and clever. The two so far with any sort of normal career have both been boring and catty.

And I agree he handled the Amber and Micheal thing perfectly as a friend. She was complaining to Maura that she wanted someone to have her back and challenge M for the way he’s spoken to her. Ovie did just that. A true gent.

I’m glad M apologised to A last night but he was still very cold with her. I guess he couldn’t change giving her a hug even when she was crying, in case I was misinterpreted, but he’s being very odd. I’m glad he admitted he’s taking things out on her that aren’t her fault. But even when he went to get her a tissue, I thought he’d just walked off!! I was like WTF?! as I didn’t hear him say “just a sec” - DS was defensive of him and said he’d be back but I was just confused, as I’m sure Amber was. Why couldn’t he have said “let me get you a tissue” or something, just very strange behaviour.

@RagingWhoreBag I agree Michael's behaviour is weird. I think either he's not a sensitive guy and doesn't know how to handle/talk to people who are upset. Or he's trying to keep an emotional distance from Amber who he knows has feelings for him and he doesn't reciprocate. OR he does still have feelings for her and is overcompensating by being cold towards her, to prove to others/himself he has made the right decision.

Only just seen last nights ep. Fast forwarded that dog challenge lol 😂 I wish Chris and Francesca would couple up! Love Ovie there really isn't anything wrong with him at all is there... he is just the perfect man

Also I think India and Ovie would be more suited then him and Harley... she is a bit strange. But I liked her and Chris together! Chris is hilarious and I don't think you could ever have an awkward date with him. He gets more attractive every time I see him

Maura is behaving quite bunny boiler ish and possessive. I remember all the hate Amy got for the same thing and everyone slagged her off.

So glad Ovie did pull Michael on his behaviour. I hope Amber finds out it was him but I think Ovie is too gentlemanly to tell her. I personally think Amber now realises Michael has nasty qualities and as she said to him has no feelings left for him now. I think this might mean she will start to see Ovie in a new light. Not sure the new boy is her type. I can see new boy maybe with Francesca. If he has a law degree he hasn't got much in common with most of them tbf. Maybe the new girl who went on a date with Chris - not sure why but her humour suggests she has a quick brain. I think her and Amber might clash, especially if she does turn out to like Ovie and Amber has a moment of realisation that the nicest man is right in front of her. Chris and her did get on well on the date but I'm not sure it was chemistry as much as having a good laugh. Nice to have more humour in there anyway!

Michael's angry with himself. By showing him that tweet about being whipped the producers played him like a fiddle and he fell into their trap like a mug.

He keeps talking about Amber winning. Amber's not winning, he's definitely not winning but the producers have eeked enough drama out of his casa amor switch to keep the series mildly entertaining

I don’t like chris’ tattoos and I would look really fat standing next to him but other than that I’m a big fan.

I don't think there will be ever anything between amber and ovie. I think they don't fancy each other and the metaphorical age difference is just too much, she's very young in her behaviour, and he's very mature.

I think Harley's behavuour was nerves.big time nerves.as there would have been a camera crew right in front of them. The sort of nerves where even holding your mouth firm is an effort and you start gibbering shite.

I suspect the producers know she's not ovie s type, but did it because if she likes him it could cause some drama later. I could see him much more with India, who is way more laid back, composed and confident. Could it cause the two girls to fall out?

Michael only apologised to amber because Ovie spoke to him about it, even though he tried to bullshit ovie that it wasn't what it seemed when he did. Amber was right, he needed someone else to say it to him other than her. What she said or thought was irrelevant to him, what anyone else thought of his behaviour mattered to him.
